I Karam Chand Chauhan a resident of the village Ner P.O. Manjhoo Teh Arki distt solan himachal pradesh want to file a complaint of the water shortage issue I have been facing for the past 5 months. There is an ample amount of water in my neighborhood and across the village. However there is no water coming through my taps. I complained to the water supply people in my panchayat for checking the reason again and again but there is no resolution....

i am resident of vill Diwin P.O. shardagaht sub Teh mamaliagh disst solan himachal pradesh . in my village we are not getting sufficient water supply as we get water supply continuous order as its in one day after ordered as today we get water so our turn comes day after tomorrow but even some time we not get water on our term days, as we get water on normal days that are not sufficient for us hardly we can fulfil our needs for one day from that water as we know from past days their is enough rain in our area but still we are not get waters supply from past 4 days . its my humble request from all the senior officers of IPH dept. Please take some action on this issue .

Sir myself surjeet singh s/o karam singh vill thamba po bilaspur teh dehra distt kangra we have suffring poor water supply from last six months. I already submitted a complaint against this but problem is just same. Your employees are not done his duty well mr jeet who is fitter appointed there he cannot chek that water delevered or not. He just open water from tank and go away to home. When we call him he give funny excuse that water not come properly from main tank masroor. Some people used water moter but he can't ask them to stop doing this because they are his relatives. Sir my parents age is above 75 and they are suffered and there is no source of water for 1 km so it is a humble request to you that please solve this problem as arlier as possible and ask your employees to take a strong action against people who used water pump and if this problem not solve then we go to media so kindly help us

Sir,
Iam doing PhD from Nauni univarsity solan. My room is outside of the university.Last two-three weeks there is no water supply . Water guard tells that he knows nothing about problem. There are 10-12 building here . Some building has private water system. Only 4-5 buildings needs water supply but department is completely failed to provide necessary water. I don't want plenty of water but need some water for cooking and drinking. Sir I don't know the name of this circle but please consider my complaint .

This complaint is about the water supply department and municipal authority that water supply is not appropriate, the water supply problems at our locality has been facing for the past couple of months or the past few days the water supply in this area has become problematic.
My parents are suffering from water supply problem and harassing by the local water technicians. My mother complaint many times to lineman but he didn't took any suitable action against this problem, still no action is being taken yet by the concerned. we saw the water getting full supply to other homes then why water supply is failure at our home tap only? No one in authority taken place any solution. Sir I am requesting you please take appropriate action and solve this problem.
We have already placed the complaint to the line man, but he is failed to fix the fault and while no one is forwarding the issue to the next level and no action has been taken place yet. I request the authorities to take quick and concrete action to solve our problem my parents are living alone there in the village, in old age they are suffering from the problems and harassing by the worst water supply system, I live in Chandigarh, if water is available in all the remaining houses except our home what does mean, the lineman is unable to fix the problem.

It would be nice of you if you kindly look into the matter and settle this issue as soon as earliest.

With due respect, sir i lives in sheel niwas(solan)173223, as a tenant. In this particular area named as tar factory there is a lot of water shortage problems. If i complains with the operator then he talks in a very rude way. The water comes here after 5 days or more, Doing household things or works are impossible. We can't even able to sustain drinking water. The IPH client i talked on phone having a rude behavior named as Prem and contact no. is [protected].The IPH client isn't taking the responsibility and hangs up the call when i try to tell him my problem.
As in the whole distt. solan there is no such problems, only this region is affected that much and causing a lot of problems for human beings or otherwise you vanish the living areas from here and give them an appropriate place to live where they can drink water atleast.

Atleast after 3 days they should provide the water so that we able to do the household works.
The supply is only for 30 mins and the pressure of supply is not that good which comes after 5 or more days, so we're not able to fill the containers properly, hope they can supply us for more hours.

Dear sir
I beg to say that the water supply is not good in my village and overall my area. The problem is going since many years but nobody gives attention to approve it. There are no professional fitters in my village. All are careless about their duty. The water problem is big problem for me and my villegers. There are no fix time of water and the fitters duty. They didn't check the water supply. They comes very late in the morning and just see the water in tanks and not check the government nulls.

I, Susheel Kumar Thakur S/O Sh. Nand Lal Thakur resident of VPO Kangoo, Teh. Sunder Nagar, Distt Mandi working in (UAE). My old age father lives at above mentioned address and my mom is no more.

Sir, In the past one month we are continue suffering from water problem. I was on vacation from 28th October to 15th on November, where I visited three-time IPH office and wrote my complaint. They come for formal visit but problem is not being resolved. Now I am back to UAE. My alone father is every day keep on calling me and also some of IPH workers but there is no one who is caring for the issue. I would like to list down in numbers that why this problem is happening.

1. Line which is coming from main tank has got many connections with political pressure and people and happily enjoying. They don’t care that other people are getting water or not.
2. People has got multiple connection to fulfil their business requirement, where this problem is happenings
3. All the people in my area don’t have much issue, Because there Is one more main water line which is going to VPO Dehar parallel on national highway 21, So people have kept one tap from that line for emergency use in surrounding area, But now what I have noticed is everyone has got motor and fulfilling their requirement according with connection because this line has 24/7 running water So all who can avail benefit is joining motor. I have no issues if people are filling their requirement from another line, But all I want is proper solution for myself from this one line which is feasible and approachable for me.
4. My house is on height where I cannot reach this level accept going there and getting it with bucket. So now I have only one resource from main tank line which serve water to everyone and which is legal line for surrounding area. My connection is last connection from this line. I don’t get a single drop of water because water goes to house’s which is down and there are chances that people might be using pump for this line too to fulfil their requirement.
5. My concern Is I have my old age father who has thousand problem with his health and he cannot even walk or talk properly, so how he should fulfil his water requirement!!! I don’t have any plantation or neither any kitchen garden where water is getting used. Even IPH workers have visited and saw that we aren’t able to have water even for single person.
6. Every day I am keep on calling from international to Mr. Junior Engineer and they assure me that I will send someone in the morning or evening, when they go water will come for maximum half an hour and while they go water will also go. Why is this happening that’s my concern. I am sure there and some loopholes that’s why I am not getting proper supply even in winters.
7. I have this regular issue since long time but now it has become serious and I don’t resident there where I can fight all day. The line was also placed more than 20yrs back, People are always creating problem because there`s no one accept my father who can say anything. I urge to change my line and give me connection from place where you have given to everyone. We all knows water is major requirement of life. Now this is height because my father is dying without water and concern people aren’t able to provide water. Kindly suggest me alternative or option that how we can sort this issue because I am really in need and people are still taking it lightly. There is possibility of worker`s in staff who are in contact of local people and they get extra bribe to provide them more water. I have given a formal written letter to Mr. Junior Engineer on[protected] and he committed that you will not have any problem, but still problem is same and we don’t have water to go for loo
I feel sorrow really sad when I listen my father sound on phone and telling me that there`s no water because I commit him morning for evening and evening for morning. I hope for your kind attention and quick action on above issue. I shall be highly thankful to you for this.

There is no water in the pipes of jal board. Only water come into evening but that is not enough for single person. However, my parents are senior citizens. They daily suffer from this situation. I don't know what is going on? On this bad facility of water, how can government think that dharamshala could be a smart city?

This is the present conditions of villages nearby dharamshala. This is so carelessness from department side. This is the duty of jal board to identify the situation or give water timely to the villagers.

I hope jal board will do something in this favour.

I am hereby to draw yours attention toward that we are facing water problem since last many months. We complained the problems several times at various levels but no action taken. Too much houses are being affected due to this cause. Departmental workers also do improper distribution of water to locality or give more water to their favour persons.
We are facing too much water problems.
Hope you will look in to this matter and solve our water problem as soon as possible.

I, pshpender kumar s/o late sh. Prem lal village bharyan, po khatnol teh. Sunni, distt. Shimla, hp.. We are 2 brothers and both are out of home. My parents are both are staying at home as above mentioned address.

Sir, six month, my parents are suffering from water problem. We have private connection. Lineman said that he can't do any thing connections are many in this line and water supply is less. What others families of my village are not suffering from water problems means to say that water supply is less only to us.

Those families who gave a bottle of alcohol to the lineman time to time they got full water supply even more than their need. I don't want to reduce other families supply but i want a solution of my problem. When we all give same amount of water bill then why only our family suffer from this problem. Again i requested to u please do something on this matter.

Whenever we report to any person, we have verbal complaint... I feel that this is clearly a matter of harassment to our family members. I have humble requested to u if a matter related to your job so kindly do the needful jobs.

The hand pump of my area has been not working for the past few months but so far the department has not done it maintain till now. Here water comes throw private pipe lines on the third day and too little. Therefore, the hand pump is the only means of water here and it is also under maintence. I request you to fix it and also see the problem of water. The water tube has been made every home in the village, the bill is also being paid, but the water comes less. Therefore, we request you to take action on our problem as soon as possible.

I have to say on many times in iph department workers we are sorry to say that we are suffering from water shortage 1 year. Their is no water shortage at the source of water, we call them daily for check our water supply connection and check the supply pipe line blockage & damage, and unleged tap to many people, water tap layer man taking to money money, but their is nobody responding. They say we come and check but nobody come and check it. Please help us. So please understand our problems and do need full. We shell thank full to you for this kindness so i want to request you please solve on our water issues.

Sub:water problem last 25 days and written complaint closed without any action
Dear sir, i ashok rana residing at village ghaneta (Ridi), tika brankad, dist kangra pin _ 176060, i have been facing water problem last 25 days, due insufficient pressure it's more than 30 minutes to fill one bucket of water forget about water tank. First complaint was made on 29 may 2017 at iph office located at darang complain number 35 and it was noted that same is closed with remark that problem has been rectified in the complaint register which is in correct. Neither anyone attended the complain or gave any feed back. Second complaint was made on 6 june complaint number 39 and third complaint was made on 7 june 2017 in the same office. Before making the 3 rd complain i personally telephonically contacted the person in charge (Nik name pappu) who open and close the water in our
Area but he did not turn up 12 see the problem hence i have to make another 3rd written complain. I also made a call at 09:45 hrs to inform to the supervisor on telephone # [protected] twice but he did not attend the call and simply disconnected.. May i request you to kindly pass the complain to concentrate sdo. And also requested to advise to some one to investigate for closing of complain without any action or feed back.
