I received old and used i pro home ups today the torch is broken.i was purchasing by the ask me bazar.com when i received my product and i saw i was surprise at that time.that was shocking for me.askme bazar no.is not working i tried to call customer care but the customer care no.of ask me bazar is not working.i am very dissappointing.it was my first purchase by the ask me bazar.com. Today I received my order No.11834109 an i Pro heavy duty Inverter (which is heavy only in weight ) with FM Radio, USB SD Card reader and remote control ( instead of remote there was a screw driver inside-truly amazing ) The way it was packed it was difficult to get damaged form outside, but surprisingly the built in torch was loose and broken from inside.
