Irb Toll Plaza Complaints & Reviews

Sir, I have valid pass issued by Yr company for morshi Road passers.
But on 26/04 /2022 at 4pm, I was passing from morshi to Amravati. As soon as I came near plaza 115 rs were deducted from my wallet. As a rule I was liable to pay only 30 rs.
Pls do needed and return the money.

Yesterday i was travelling from Pune to Mumbai. i am using ICICI Fast tag for toll payment which was working perfect till Lonavla toll plaza. At Shedung Toll Plaza Fast tag was not scanned due to technical error from IRB side. Toll Staff R. B. I was crossing nandgaopeth toll plaza on 04/10/16 time was betn 2:15pm to 3:00pm...
One of the employee of irb staff misbhaved with me... Regarding renewal of monthly pass.
I told hime... I m just renewing now...
He abused me and told some harsh words..
After that i complaint about it to the incharge.. And he was taking it for granted.
I request to the head of irb..
