Sir/Madam

I took possession of my flat in IREO Skyon more than three years back and paid Rs ten lac to do the conveyance Deed.

In spite of a number of reminders, IREO management is not taking any action and making false promises.

Need interference from authorities to get this done and also ask IREO to pay me 9% per year bank interest for this period.

There is dirty water and sewage accumulation in Ireo property at sector 61, Gurgaon, which is leading to breeding of mosquitoes and diseases like Chickengunia, malariya etc

Pls help ! The residents of Pioneer Park, Sector 61 are falling sick

Pioneer Park residents have small children and families who are subject to very bad smell from the water sewage accumulation.

I had booked a flat in ireoskyon after seeing a sample flat at the Gallery sample house and was promised specifications as of Grand Arch which was launched by the group in 2009 with a home automation features as USP. The builder Buyer agreement was very ambiguous and failed to mention much details of the higher end specifications as shown. I was made to understand that the group is an FDI and would deliverer as promised even though it failed...
