I booked a 3 bhk apartment in ireo corridors project at sector 67a in gurgaon at prelaunch price of rs 8750 per sqft in 2013 along with an additional cost of preferential preference.

Out of the blues, one fine day, ireo changed the location of main gate and the main road connecting to national highway to some other direction, without putting it into my information or consent.

Moreover, the market price as on day is also less than the price i paid at the time of booking.

Further, handover date is yet to be communicated.

To top it all, what we get to hear and read all over in the press is us $ 1.50 billion fraud by diverting the investors money through hedge funds into the accounts of vice chairman and managing director mr. Lalit goyal (Son in law of bjp leader mr. Sudhanshu mittal) and into the accounts of co founder of ireo mr. Anurag aggarwal.

In view of above, i sincerely and desperately need to take out my hard earned money from ireo.

I was informed by my lawyer friend that if a group of ireo customers can get together and file a joint complaint, then it shall become easy and quick to realize our investment back with all related costs along with interest costs.

With this, i raise an appeal to all those who are looking for getting out this fraud trap laid by ireo management, let us get together and jointly fight out this case.
