I would like to bring your kind attention that it has been more than one month since I have cancelled my order no. BV2140495 but I haven’t received any refund or at least any information on the refund TILL NOW. Even after many phone calls to your customer service, there is no response regarding this matter (it is always on automated response of waiting /queue).
I need to mention that I am utterly disappointed with this kind of response and behavior from a reputed company like yours. I chose your portal due to its on-time delivery. But this issue has disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product from Blooms villa.

There can be a delay but the information should be passed on properly. Such inefficiency is not expected from one of the leading e-commerce site in the world.

I request you to solve my issue by refunding my amount i.e. Rs. 1049/- AT THE EARLIEST.

Than 4th ko saba name ki ladki ka phone aya usne mera registration kia and mere adhar card ka photo liya... Lkin jab mene is company k graud hone k bare me padha... To mene call kia unse pucha... Toh vo mere calls ka jawab nahi de rahe hai... Or har bar mujhe galt info de rahe hai... Baat bhi dhang se nahi kar rahe h... Yeh revirws dkhne k bad sir me is agreemnt me nahi rehna chati hu... Y mene unhe bataya toh voh log agreemnt k mutabik 5000 ka amount mujhse mang rahe hai.. To mene unse kaha ki y agreemnt kitme din ka h toh unhone mujhe kaha 11 mnth ka... Jbki un logo ne pehel bataya tha ki 10 din ka hai... Sir me na hi work krna chahti hu or is scam se mujhe bahar nikaliye please.. Unse mene agreemnt copy mangi vo bhi nhi di un logo ne mujhe or har bar glt info di... Unke email address bhi glt hai or vo call recive nahi kar rahe hai... Bar bar rejct kr rahe hai or acche se response bhi nhi de rahe hai or na hi bta rhe h... Bad 5000 ka amount job chorne k liye mang rahe hai... Mere kisi email call la jawab nhi aa rahai hai... Me middle class se hu sir me y amount nahi de sakti... Aap please meri help kijiye... Pleases help me out this problem sir..

I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie at Pristine mall sector 31 - Faridabad. But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show. But they refused my request. Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund the rest of the amount, the customer care executive completely refused.

I will give book my show 0 rating. these facilities are for cosumer comfort, but this has just gone to pathetic for me. They are cheaters my money got wasted. I will never book again from bookmyshow.

Really had such a worst experience. :-(
