BV2140495 but I haven’t received any refund or at least any information on the refund TILL NOW. Even after many phone calls to your customer service, there is no response regarding this matter (it is always on automated response of waiting /queue).

I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for a movie at Pristine mall sector 31 - Faridabad. But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show. But they refused my request.
