निवेदन है कि आवेदक (1)सरिता नेमा/देवेन्द्र नेमा pin/service no[protected]एवं (2) अल्पना नेमा pin/service no[protected] के सम्पत्तिकर के भुगतान हेतु क्रमशः (यूनियन बैंक शाखा-गोपाल बाग जबलपुर)का चैक क्र.10011538 राशि रू.6500/-एवं (म.प्र राज्य सहकारी बैंक मर्यादित, राइट टाउन, जबलपुर) का चैक क्र.020045 दिनांक30/01/17 राशि रु. 6500/-के (2चैक)आयुक्त नगर निगम के नाम से देय आपके कार्यालय के श्री नारायण राव के द्वारा भुगतान किये गये। आयुक्त नगर निगम के नाम से दोनों चैक द्वारा देय राशि रु.6500/-का आहरण बैंक से क्रमशःदि.18/03/17 व 15/02/17 को किया जा किया जा चुका है, किन्तु भुगतान राशि का समायोजन सम्पत्तिकर में नही है।
सम्पत्तिकर के समायोजन हेतु आवेदकों द्वारा प्रथक प्रथक आवेदन दिनांक 08/07/27 एवं 19/0717 देकर निवेदन किया गया।काफी समय होने के बाद भी राशि का समायोजन आजपर्यन्त नही किया गया है
‎निवेदन है कि 15 दिन में दोनों प्रकरणों को निराकृत करते देय राशि को सम्पत्तिकर में समायोजित कर, मुझेअवगत कराने का कष्ट करें।जिससे नियमित रूप से आगामी सम्पत्तिकर का भुगतान किया जा सके।

हमारे एरिया में नाली, रोड लाईट, रोड नही है, पानी सडक पर बह रहा है। अनेक बार निवेदन किया, परन्तु अधिकारी एवं नेता ऐसी मुलभूत समस्या को अनदेखा कर स्वच्छता की बात करते है। आश्चर्य लगता है । कैसे जबलपुर स्वच्छता मे आगे होगा, यह केवल परिकल्पना ही है ।
नगर निगम जबलपुर के अधिकारी, पार्षद, विधायक, सांसद, महापौर का ध्यान आकर्षित करता हूँ ।

I am writing this to inform you about a serious LEAKAGE in the main water pipeline. The main Narmada road turning towards the colony Panchsheel Nagar. just around the corner there is a very heavy leakage in the water pipeline. We have tried to complaint about it verbally but no action has been taken. the water leakage is going on for the last 5 days.

Every summer there are always water shortage or limited water provided. so if this sort of things happen the situation can worsen in the coming summer.

kindly look into the matter ASAP

There are 4 to 5 pan and eggs shop infront of my home and beside the kachhpura school Gulaua chouk garha .veer saearkar ward .near water tank. Daily some people dirnk wine and create noise and abuse like any thing. Even after action next day they start their shop again.since last two years this is happening consistensly. Please do action and give us relief because just for those shop whole family, traffick, and young girls of school...

Sir i am living in Block No.-4; Ward no. 77, sai colony; behind oxygen factory; richai, jabalpur. Here we all are facing water exit problem.. and all area is getting muddy... an if rain proceed within 2 days hers water will come to knee level... from past many years we all are suffering from this problem... and insect are roming all over... many are suffering from feaver, maleria, dehydration, so plz sir i request you to take some action..
