tap leakage

I have fitted jaguar tap in my bathroom. It have leakage, i have repair twice on my on expense by plumber. But issue still persist, my plumber said it's not the problem with fitting but there is a default in tap. I need jaguar engineer to visit my home and try to solve the issue. As there is lot of wastage of water.
It will be great if it's fixed soon.

jaguar ja011 shower panel

I have bought a jaguar ja011 shower panel vide i. No.[protected] dt.30.11.2017 and got it installed in my bath room. This product's thermostat does not work at all. We cannot control the temperature. If the product is faulty, the company should replace it or have the same serviced to my satisfaction immediately. Because of this problem, i am not able to use my bath room

Following three complains were made continuously for a single fault
1. Service complain no. 615214 dated: 22.09.2016
2. Service complain no. 633488 dated: 29.09.2016
3. Service complain no. 663996 dated: 11.10.2016 (Complain about complain no. 1 which is not fully resolved)
4. Service complain no. 676998 dated: 17.10.2016 (Complain about complain no. 2 which is not fully resolved)
5. Part were replaced and charged (Service job card no. 308 dated 06.07.2017 - almost after 10 months of complain!!!) but no positive result.
What to do after continuously following the only fault since last one year.
Still they are not able to resolve the problem.
I am not satisfied at all with the lazy and effortless attitude to solve single issue.
Totally worst to buy this much costly fittings.
