I purchased two refurbished Nokia phones (Nokia C5-00 & Nokia E5 ) of the value of Rs 4198 /- (paid Rs 3778.20 using a credit card after a discount offer)on 5 March 2024.

On 10 March I received the parcel, but the product I ordered was not there in the parcel but totally wrong products...

I had ordered an iPad mini tablet on 15 Oct but delivery not done still on 12 Nov . I had contacted many times but I got received several times and got dissatisfied answer .

I order Mobile phone from "https://ekmobile.in/" on 30 Sep 2021.
Did payment of 5500 to Jai Durga Enterprise on 30 sep 2021 via credit card.

On 4th October i requested refund request as there is no update or tracking details available.

There is no response to my emails.

I have called several times on [protected] "24*7 support number" which generally did not pickup calls, when he pickup always provide false misleading information.

Dear Sir,
This is regarding my telephone no.[protected] which we have given to local distributor M/s S.R. TELECOM old dana mandi phagwara for repair from[protected] til now we have not recieved our walky back nor any call from there side after giving them lot of reminder. kindly get our walky install by[protected] or disconnect the said connection and stop our billing hoping to get a postive response from your side.
