Consumer No. 625154. Iam booked the cylinder HP gas refill through online booking on 22nd October and payment RS. 917/- cylinder amount is done. But still not update the delivery status from gas agency.
Iam only one cylinder using. Alternatively no gas cylinder. Please get the cylinder delivery immediatey. The below reference message for your reference.

Its been a more than a week since the cylinder got delivered and it’s seal is not even removed yet but still there’s a leakage since then. I’ve called multiple times to the “Jai Gas Agency” Pune. Twice they told that the member will come for the process and the agency member is still coming from past 3 days. And note they’re not answering and disconnecting my call over and over again! Just tell me if anything happens due to cylinder are you ready to take the responsibility? Cause this might be a simple thing or a joke to you, but what if it were your family, would you behave the same as you are doing now?

I am a customer of Jai Gas Agency, Urapakkam. When i booked cylinder through phone, it stated that the price is 672 rupees.

But when delivery, they are asking Rs 50 extra.

Why is it so..

The distance from my home to them is just 1.5 kilometres....

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on 3rd Sep 2011 but till today not deliver. Infact i could not get the delivery last two month. As usual 21days after booking they said that your voucher has been cancelled book it again. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. now a days the representative never picked the call. The no of Agency is [protected]. Before this two times i did the complaints but could not get the positive response. I am very sorry to say we are facing so much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.
