I have mine and my spouse fixed deposit # 00545998 dated 16/09/2012 amount 50, 000 @ rate of interest 12.5% matured on 15/09/2015 cumulative amount turns to 72610 on my spouse name vinodben desai. I have another deposit on my name mahendrakumar desai fixed deposit # 00539965 dated 23/07/2012 amount 56000 @ rate of interest 12.5% maturing on 23/07/2015 cumulative amount turns to 81323.
We both are retired old age persons non pensioners...

My fdr no is 00659928 for rs1, 00, 000/-and matured on 27/01/2015. But i received principal amount rs 1, 00, 000/ by cheque dt11/02/2016 after a lapse of more than one year. So far i have not received interest for delayed period. But the company informed to income tax department that an amount of rs 11, 122/-is paid towards interest for financial year 2015-16, which attracts rs 2224/- towards income tax.
