मेरे पिता जी ने सन 2011 में अक्टूबर महीने में रुपये 500000.00 के शेयर इस कंपनी से खरीदे थे, जिसकी पैसे वापसी की तारीख अक्टूबर 2017 में पूरी हो गई थी साल 2018 में मेरे पिता जी की मृत्यु हो गई, और हमारा पैसा आज तक नहीं मिला, जबकि सेबी के आदेशानुसार हमारे पैसे पर 15% सालाना की दर से ब्याज जोड़कर कंपनी को पैसे वापस करने का आदेश जून 2019 में ही होगया था, अतः आपसे मेरा अनुरोध है कि हमारा पैसा जल्द से जल्द वापस करवाने का कष्ट करें।

Kindly send your kolkata address. The above certificate under folio no: cco224016 is unpaid till date though it was due on 14/07/2017. Your local agent has refused to do due diligence and that is why i require your kolkata address to serve my legal notice.
