I have purchased Sweat Slim Belt which was received on[protected] vide C.M.No.2564, M/s.Jain Enterprises, Jaipur, but within 9 days both belts are reduced in bad shape, cannot useable. The matter was referred on phone no.[protected], [protected] but no proper reply is received. Also The same product is available on other sites between Rs.150 and Rs.500 whereas they are selling at Rs.1890. Seems to be useless product ....

I saw the ad film on D2H tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 03/10/2016 through cash memo no. 059 for rs.1890/- of date. There is defective /mis matched in belt size. The size is too big to fit me.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.[protected], [protected].i am told that my complaint will be attended in next 10 days but so far nobody has attended to it. After 10 days i again called them, but they didn't...

After viewing the advertisement on t v about sweat slim belts i ordered the same on 02/10/2016 which i received on 03/10/2016. I was told by the delivery boy that if the product is not effective or defective the same shall be replaced or amount will be refunded if the complaint is made within 15 days. I'm trying to convey my complained to the company over phone but they are not taking my call. Today, also i have tried to call the customer...

I bought Sweat and slim belt after watching a TV advt. and they have promised to replaced the item if this will not match size or any defect. They have delivered a defective product apparently and while i called their cust. care no.[protected] they told that the product will be replace in a week time but its more that 20 days there is no replacement and now no one picking up the phone. looks not this is a fake company cheating the customers....

I received a sweat slim belt on 01/08/2016 ordered influenced by tv advertisement marketed by jain enterprises, 54, c. Nagar, new sang road, jaipur (Raj). I have paid rs.1590/- for goods and rs.300/- vide retail invoice no.434 dated 01/08/2016 issued by shree laxmi enterprises (Courier service), shop no.:41, durga das colony, minawala, vaisali margm, jaipur-301020. It was made me to understand that if the product is not effective or defective...

Received the product yesterday on[protected], on the box, size is mentioned as l-xxl. But when opened the box found a packet without the size sticker & another with 4xl. None of this product fitting for my wife. Small sized one too small & 4xl sized one too big. Called the delivery boy immediately, he said to contact customer care. Called around 5 times yesterday to the number given on the box[protected]. 1st they were saying some...
