I have closed my Mpocket loan account but this jalan chemicals are thier financers but they have not closed the account from thier side which is negatively effecting my credit score...

I have borrow a loan of 1000 rs and my phone sim everything is lost I want to replay my loan my name is karan agrawal I want to update my no.[protected] or provide me the details...

I have a complaint that in my cibil, it is showing that i have taken loan from jalan chemical industries .i have taken loan of 2000, 1000, 2000, 2000, 2000...but I don't have taken the loans....

I have never taken any loan in the name of Jalan chemical but in my cibil it's shows two loan of 500/- each.. I don't have any idea how? Can anyone help me to get out of this?...

Recently i have applied for home loan with punjab national bank they have given my credit report and when i checked it on 2nd December 2021, their was 43 loans applied with name "Jalan Chemical Industries pvt Ltd" ( starting from[protected] to till now), and it was very clear that i have never taken single loan from this Jalan Chemical. this was completely fraud someone was taken all this loans using my PAN Card number, i don't know who the person haven taken all this loan. But i want you to take immediate action on this issue.
Current status of loan:
Total loans taken :43 ( Jalan Chemical)
loans closed : 28
Active loans : 15 (loans with amount of 500, 1000, 2000)

Requesting for immediate action.
