Dear sir,
I'm saeeduddin residing in Nagla Masani near delhigate Aligarh. I want to convey a message to you that here in paro wali gali the quality of TAP WATER supply is becoming even more worse that the water is not suitable not only to drink but for bathing perpose with unpleasant Smell of silt in water. Tap water is causing inching when use in bathing perpose. Hence its basic need of the person to have clean water for better higenic health under indian constitution under article 21. Hence i request you kindly take this issue as a serious matter.

Respected Sir, Through this letter, I want to draw your kind attention towards the supply of dirty water in my area ” Sarai Hakeem, laxmiPuri, Nale wali gali, Aligarh. We are getting the supply of dirty and contaminated water for the last 4-5 days. The supplied water stinks like sewage water and looks unfit for drinking.

केलानगर वार्ड के एकतानगर में गत वर्ष जलकल विभाग द्वारा पाइप लाइन डाली गयी थी यह पाइप लाइन मकान सं0 B-9 के सामने लीकेज कर रही है जिससे जमीन से मिट्टी निकल कर खोखली हो रही है ।यहां से होकर राशन के वाहन निकलते हैं ये वाहन इसमें फंसकर पाइप लाइनको और क्षतिग्रस्त कर सकते हैं।
आपसे अनुरोध हैकि इस क्षतिग्रस्त पाइपलाइन को सही कराने की कृपा करें।

Our neighbour wastes a lot of ground water. They keep their submersible open almost daily. Today they are not in their house and kept the MCB open since last night. Can you imagine continuous wastage of water whole night. Please consider this complaint urgent and take strict action.

My water pipe line is break...

There is a water leakage from Nagar Nigam water supply pipeline in my area and it's leaking from last 2 months. It's indirectly creating a problem of breeding of mosquitoes as there a large amount of grass grownups over there. So I want the Nagar Nigam to take action over this problem as it a major problem in the sense of disease causing and also the water which is an essential need and we have to save wter as much as we can.

Water is leaking at the end of street B-Block and get right turn over there only.
I think this much information is helpful in completing the task in an effective manner.

During this summer we are facing water scarcity since 5 days no water supply in banna Devi area . Its has been around 2 month there is very irregular supply of pineline water .we kept on running the mother for 2 hours morning and 2 hours in evening in the hope that water will but unfortunately no water .
Please look into this issue . Without water we can't have normal its s essential for everyone . Irregular supply of water hamper our products and disturb our daily course.

Past 30 days, there is water leakage from main pipeline and its leaking into the house foundation making it weak. Jal nigam aligarh does not have any support for complaint...Area is lodhi vihar colony aligarh

Past few days at my area there is no or very less water supply due to which we are facing issue of shortage of water.
Request you to please provide the correct timming of water supply.

For the past few weeks, contaminated water is being supplied to our homes. Clean water is not coming.We request you to supply clean water to homes. The locality in which this dirty water is being supplied is known.

There is no water supply in the ada colony area since last one month. As per the inputs from local water operator, the boring has to be done again to re ensure the water supply. The water operator lives in the quarter allotted to him with his family and cattle and has occupied lot of free space of park. After lot of protest by the local public, the boring m/c is brought at the site to restore the water supply but the work is not proceeded due to interruption by some local peoples who illegally wants to shift the place of boring far from tank which is not feasible. On shifting the place of boring a lot of extra pipeline will be needed which will be expensive. Apart from that a longer incoming electrical cable has to be laid which will lead to electrical losses and a lower voltage input to the motor which can lead to fault in the motor on longer run. Kindly take our complaint to concerned officer so that boring could be done immediately at the appropriate place without any pressure of some unauthorized peoples who pretend to be the representative of whole colony.

Sub: Leakage of water from NEWLY INSTALLED WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE SINCE ITS INSTALLATION in left 2nd street of Jhaharvir Dham mohalla, Near Sarai Harnarain, Sasni Gate, Aligarh fearing collapsing of house buildings

Your contractor Mr Neeraj has recently laid plastic pipe line for water supply in Jhaharvir Dham mohalla, Near Sarai Harnarain, Sasni Gate, Aligarh. The plastic water pipe line is leaking very badly in the left 2nd street of the above mohalla resultantly water is flowing on the street and weakening the foundation of the houses built on the above street.
The plastic pipe used for laying water pipe line in the street seems to be of very poor quality below STANDARDS otherwise such complaint must not had occurred from the newly installed pipe.
The contractor, Mr Neeraj, who has laid down the above pipe line, is residing the above mohalla (in the house premises of Shri Vimal Sarabhai, Store Keeper of Nagar Nigam, Aligarh) at the time of installation of water pipe line was told to replace the defective pipe several times since it has started leaking after giving water supply to the water pipe line but he paid no attention, and has asked to lodge complaint after six months after the guarantee period of 6 months expires in his contract, it would be replaced by the Jalkal Vibhag. The complaint was reported immediately at the time of instyallation to Mr Kanaujia, Jr Engineer of Jalkal Nigam Nagar Nigam, and was sent through e-mail”[protected]@gmail.com. But no attention has been paid. Six months have passed. So we am compelled to write to you.
Water might be entering the foundation of the houses, we are fearful that this leakage of water may weaken the foundation of our houses causing cracks or collapsing of the houses for which Jalkal Vibhag Nagar Nigam will be held responsible in CONSUMERS COURT.
It is requested that the above water pipe line may please be replaced by the pipe of good quality.
It may be brought to your kind notice that the water tax and house tax etc. is being paid regularly for the last 10 years regularly. No dues of Nagar Nigam are due.
