A So called jav seva kendra in L block sec23 sanjay nagar Ghaziabad has demanded rs 500 to change/update the mobile no in the aadhaar card. He said that Either I can opt for token service which provides an appointment on 1 March or 500rs to get my no updated in 24 hours only. Kindly take action as soon as possible....
