I purchased a xiaomi mobile phone from this website javshop.in on 11/5/2019 but i didn't recieve the phone till today. I tried to contact them through their e-mail address [protected]@javshop.in but obviously that didn't work too. They had charge me ₹5, 610/- for the mobile phone which they did not deliver. They sent me an invoice on booking the phone. I'm sharing that. I just hope i can get some justice in this situation.

I have ordered the ifcane e1 0.96-inch 320mah long standby vibration bluetooth gsm ultra thin mini card phone - black on 10.05.2019 and paid a sum of rs. 1275.00 online.

Since then nothing has been received till date neither the product nor any correspondence from javshop india. They are not even replying my e-mails.

Please do the needful to get me the ordered article or refund my amount alongwith interest thereon.

Drone quadcopter on[protected] from javshop.in and i had made an online payment but till date, there is no confirmation of my order. I have sent many email to [protected]@javshop.in but there is no reply.
I think this is a fraud website. I request you to please look the matter and try to refund my money from javshop.in website.
