We had booked a flat in a pre launch project by jaycee homes in mumbai in 2012 but when the project didn't kick of[censored]ntil 2015, we decided to withdraw. They tried hard to convince us to hold on to the booking but after much persual the official cancellation happened in jan 2016 with all the payments to be done by jan 2017. However, the cheques due in nov '16 were dishonoured and a fresh set of cheques were issued out of which again 2 cheques have been dishonoured.

I booked the flat in Bhagtani Riyo in 2013. I have given my hard earned money of around 11 Lakh to Bhagtani builder as 30% of downpayment. But even after 4 years of booking nothing happened. It was agreed that if they do not obtain the requisite clearances for the land title and/ or intimation of the disapproval from the period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date hereof, plus a grace period of 6 months, then in such event, then they will refund the amount till paid by me together with interest thereon calculated at the rate pf 15% p.a. from the date of payment.

We are NRIs. We have booked a 2 bedroom apartment in Jaycee Bhagtani Elegance - D N Nagar, Andheri West. We paid them 30% from our side and the balance we obtained a loan.
However, our loan was issued with a higher amount. Due to which Jaycee Homes had to refund approximately 18 lacs to us. We were informed that they would return the money to us once they get the full amount from our Bank. The bank confirmed to us and disbursed the money to them almost 8 months ago. Then Jaycee homes deducted almost Rupees 6.5 lacs as other incidental charges. They still had to pay us Rs 11, 92, 000/- which after various calls and emails they decided to give us in monthly installments. They first gave us the first installment of Rs 2 lacs on 8th December & another 2 lacs on 7th Jan after various follow ups. They did not pay us in Feb and after following up with them and putting it on their Facebook page, they came back to us stating that since you have put bad things about us on Social media we will not pay you the balance now but they aren't even giving a confirmed date.

We are common people who buy homes with our hard earned money and this is what they do to us. Really pleading to look into this matter as we had borrowed money from our friends and family to put into this apartment and this is what they give us. The building still has not even got it OC certificate.

I requested the cancellation and asked for refund but builder is not responding. How come such a reputed builder can do this.? I am thinking of filing civil suite against this builder. This builder is a big fraud and doing pre-launches everywhere and enjoying with public money. People are also fool who get trapped by looking at their past history.

I had booked a flat of this buider at Bhagthani Rio project, Mira Road, Mumbai with a downpayment of 6.5lacs on 12th october 2012.In their agreement, it is mentioned that, if there is any delay in starting the project, they will return it with an interest of 15%.Now, after 4 years, I contacted their office to get back my money, they are saying that afer another 15 months only the amount will be returned. Kindly help me to get back my money at the earliest...

I had booked a flat of this buider at Bhagthani Rio project, Mira Road, Mumbai with a downpayment of 7lacs on 2nd June 2014.In thei agreement, it is mentioned that, if there is any delay in starting the project, they will return it with an interest of 9%.Now, after 27months, I contacted their office to get back my money, they are saying that afer another 15months only the amount will be returned. Kindly help me to get back my money at tge earliest.

Hi I have invested in Jaycee homes Savannah at kanjurmarg last year where they mentioned and provided me in writing in case if you need to cancel the deal will be getting your money back in 2 - 3 months I am calling them for the refund buy no updates from them is this the style of working of such a big builder there is no commitment for the initial token amount to be refunded what commitment can we ask from him about possession.

I have booked a Flat at JAYCEE SAPPHIRE at Dahisar(East) during November 2012. The construction of the building is supposed to start from June 2013. Now 3 years have passed. There is no construction activity.

I have demanded from the Builder for cancellation of allotment and refund of money. But builder is not at all reponding.
