Hi Sir,
I have booked a Flat in Jaypee Sports City in the Project " The KOVE" situated on yamuna expressway, Greater Noida in the month of Nov 2011.
when I received a Demand Letter from Jaypee I came to know that it will take 42 months to complete this project.
I have made 55% (approx 17 Lacs) payment of the flat as per demanand letter as Partial Down Payment plan.
I am currently living in INDIRAPURAM...
I have booked a Flat in Jaypee Sports City in the Project " The KOVE" situated on yamuna expressway, Greater Noida in the month of Nov 2011.

Overcharging of money
I've received a statement of accounts after 2 years of buying the property.
I cleared all their dues when I bought the flat but they claim that I did not pay 32,000 INR (if I was paying more than 40 lakhs INR, why would I not pay 32,000 INR) & have charged me more than 1 lakh rupees in intrest.
I am not based in India & I've received zero correspondance from them regarding this matter
please guide me on how...

I bought a property from Investors clinic in the October 2011 carnival, and they promised me to give a LCD in return of booking a property, since last 8 months i never got that LCD. i am calling from last 8 months but never get a reply. this is the worst experience i have, i never dealt with this type of FRAUD company. ( jaypee aman flat)...

Pl note I purchased this unit under subvention plan . I was told I have to pay Rs 2 L and there after JP will pay the EMI for two years and possession will be given in two years time .
