I booked a flat with Jaypee Noida(KOSMOS) one of their latest projects on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
The flat was shown by their channel partners NetAmbit.
The flat that they shown me was confirmed and a cheque of booking amount at the same time, but later on they allotted that flat to someone else. They did not even bother to ask us if they can allot the flat promised to us to anyone...

pls .let me know the kosmos jaypee project approval information by the authorities.
