What are the steps to be taken before buying the property by a builder....

Sir, i am residing in, Jaypee Kosmos apartment Sector 134 Noida, u. P..
Sir in my society flat no. 002 Tower 29 has illegally constructed the Park at the ground floor And he is raising his illegal construction till today. He is voilating the provisions of the up Noida act as well. He has voilate the provisions of section 10 of the said act. His illegal construction is causing ir repairable loss to the other neighbors as he doesn't allow any resident to enter into this common park. I have the raised complaint to Jaypee FMG office Multiple times but they are also not taking any action.

Kindly send your concerned officer to inspect the same and verify the reality of my complaint. And pass demolition order as per the law.
