जगतपुरा से मानसरोवर होकर निर्माण नगर की तरफ जाने वाली 8 नम्बर बसों की अव्यवस्था के चलते स्टूडेंट्स और आमजन को भारी परेशानी करना पड़ रहा है।
जगतपुरा और सांगानेर क्षेत्र से, मानसरोवर और निर्माण नगर में स्थित कोचिंग और कॉलेज और अन्य संस्थानों में पढ़ने के लिए आने वाले स्टूडेंट्स को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है।

इन स्टूडेंट्स की संख्या 100~150 स्टूडेंट्स प्रतिदिन की है।

कई कई बार 2 से 2:30 घंटे तक भी बस नहीं आती है, जो कि एक समस्या की बड़ी वजह है।

यहाँ तक कि निर्माण नगर/ मेट्रो स्टेशन से सांगानेर के लिए 8 नम्बर बस ही एक मात्र माध्यम है ट्रांसपोर्ट का। न तो इस एरिया से कोई भी मैजिक चलती है और न ही मिनी बस...!!

इसलिए आप से निवेदन है कि, कृपया 8 नम्बर बसों की अव्यवस्था को दूर करके इनका समुचित प्रबंध करें। या इसके अलावा निर्माण नगर से सांगानेर की तरफ मैजिक चलवाये जाएँ।

Improper timing and lack of buses

Its more than 1.30 hour and still we are waiting for 9 route bus between afternoon time but bus is not coming proper timing
Lot of students and purple suffers for enter the bus. Whenever bus is come its full by passenger and people not enter the bus. Its very harmful for passenger. So please increase the number of buses in 9 route.

Today on 26 september driver of lowfloor bus no. 4494 on route 6a not behaving good.
He not stopping the bus at fixed stoppage and even not stopped at mnit stoppage when i asked than he said that bus will only stop at fixed stoppage and even he is not talking in a good tone and talking like a drunker or like someone who showing his power.
His name is bhanwar lal.
Please take a proper action.

4th - traffic jam bcz of des buses
5th-aj mere samne lowfloor ke driver ne traffic light tod kr nikl gya... Ye govt h???

I am student and i used to catch the bus from ridhi sidhi chauraha route no 9...5 mins before even aftwr waving hands in front by 3 people... Driver didnot gave breaks to stop although bus was having around only 20 passengers... And this is not only todays problem... Even some of the conductor's misbehaves... Like almost daily we have to sacrifice our 1 or 2 3 rs... Almost daily in every bus...

Ello, i am student of engineering college at jagatpur. I am regular travelling of jaipur low floor bus Route 8 from jagatpur to thadi market (mansarovar). I regular purchase ticket with student scheme (ST) which cost 8Rs but only One conductor Name Yogesh Meena ask me to purchase Non ST ticket for 14Rs and i show him my fees slip my admit card but he don't give ST ticket and sometimes he give 12Rs ticket that for ladies. He talk with me abusive language..he take some rupees as BRIBE for not giving ticket.
I ask control room that fees slip is enough for purchase ST ticket and they said yes... But only Mr yogesh meena said me that he don't give me ST on fees slip or whatever you have. And once he told me that he is president of his bus...
Kindly please take action on this matter..

I live at near shahpura bagh near jalmahall, i am daily travel passenger on this route, i want to complaint regarding irresponsible behavior, sometimes driver don't stop bus on stop. Because drive don't take proper halts and go without taking passengers. And they drive carelessly. I want to submit my complaint about rj14 pc 5340, this bus driver didn't stop today on the bus stopo, kindly solve this issue asap, lots of people suffers due to this issue.

Subah 7:20 par chase. Bus conductor lady ko handed rupees diye 30 ka ticket katkar 70 rupees ticket ke piche likh diye aur utrne tak bhi nahi diye...
So i request to jaipur low flor bus department...
Please, bus conductors se ko warning de ki is tarah se passenger ka nuksaan na kare...

Dear Sir,

I am daily commuter by route 6A this email is to bring below points in your notice and hope strict action will be shown by you in public interest. For smart city good public transport is must.

1. Conductors and drivers are unprofessional.
2. Conductors and drivers don't wear uniforms.
3. Driver allows Police and other JCTSL and RSRTC staff from front gate.
4. Driver don't stop bus on stop many time they just stop mid of road and even passenger need to board runing bus because drive don't take proper halts and go without taking passengers.
5. Buses are not running on time many times 3-4 buses runing at same time.
6. There are no proper sign about bus route on buses it's impossible to commute for new person because conductors and drivers are unprofessional and unhelpful.
7. Many times driver stop buses in between route and force passengers to shift in one bus.

I travel transport nagar to ajmeri gate. he gave me less money.
and say if you do not have change just get down.
some of travelers does not have ticket they pay 5 rupees and they travel without ticket. even i called on this number[protected] no body response. this number provided on website.

Hello sir, i arvind mehta, daily commuter in jb bus of route no. 7, now next is that i have complaint for today's (18/07/2016) incident with me. as usually i board in jb bus (rj-14 pb 1590) from ganga jamana petrol pump and asked for gopalpura and give rupees 10 where as fair for journey is rupees 8, instead of returning rupees 2 the bus conductor asked me for more rupees 2 refuse to provide ticket to me otherwise. but the fair for journey was rupees 8 so i was not agreed with conductor so i decide to de board from bus immediately but again conductor show his arrogance and refuse to give my money back. finally conductor took rupees 12 instead of 8 give me ticket with no. 6702986. please take a suitable action regarding my complaint or provide me documented fair list for route no. 7/ bus no.7 at my email id: amit. Low floor bus between sanganer to jawaharnagar
As and when new riddhi siddhi high level bridge starts, please introduce a low floor bus service between sanganer — jawaharnagar via riico puliya sanganer /newsanganer road /rajat path mod/rajat path choraha/neerja modi school/iis/new riddhi siddhi highlevel bridge/riddhi siddhi choraha/triveninagar mod/gopalpuracircle/shaeed gatta tonk puliya/rambagh choraha/narainsingh circle/bees dukan adarshnagar/panchwati/jawaharnagar.
This will not cover only metro mas hospital but also several coaching centres and school college functioning in the area. Please do the needful at the earliest.
A news has been also published in rajasthan patrika (12.06.16) therein a route between agrawal farm - jawaharnagar has been announced. Please ammended the route as suggested above. Thanking you,

The incident took place at around 12.30 pm in Bus no. RJ 14 PC 4474 on 8/9/2015.I dont know if this forum takes actions for the complaints made here or not but the public is really suffering because of such rude, misbehaved and insensible drivers and conductors. Firstly these conductors fix their seat (1st seat from back door) for themselves and expect passengers to wait for them to make their ticket.It creates a crowd/rush at back door which makes it difficult for the other boarding passengers to find place in bus. The conductor dont even manage the crowd by saying ki jinka ticket ban gya wo aage chalte jaye...so dat a place is created for new passengers.i think the conductors enjoy the attention they get from passengers. They think they are the masters. I boarded the bus from Rambagh.It was hot outside and when i entered the bus i was standing at the gate which the driver closed without confirming if someone is at door and could be hurt.I first thought of taking ticket but the conductor aaram se sab ki ticket bana rhi thi without controlling the crowd.aage poori bus khali or peeche sb conductor ko gher k khade hain...however with whole lot of difficulty i came in front.socha ab pehle seat le lun fir ticket bnwa lenge.. after crossing Sanganeri gate...the conductor madam took pains to come forward and ask jiska ticket nhi bna wo ticket le lo.. I forwaded her money with true boarding location..jaise hi un madam ko pta chala ki main Rambagh se baithi hun...she shouted at me. I told her ki main free me travel nhi krti..chahe utarte time hi apko kiraya deti but..iss tarah se toh u should not talk to a passenger..but she was soo rude. She threatened me with sudden visit of flying officers and then when i asked her dat what is her name that she is being soo rude... she threatened me ki police k paas le jaungi.. This is no way to talk to passengers. They even dont return money on time and behave as we are beggars asking them for money.I request to take strict actions against such people as these buses run only because it has passengers.

I board the AC-2 daily at Chandpole. But since 3 days I had no idea why the bus didnt come there and had to go by auto spending thousands. It has become so difficult for me now as I have to go 21 kms away from there. I request you to plz add the stop of chandpole as soon as possible.

The TOLL FREE number provided at the site is also wrong. I am an outsider to jaipur and have to travel many times in jaipur but its hard for me plan my route through buses because this site provide no information to me
