Under the above subject, it is requested that Khasra No. 437, 438, 439 located in Zone 2 (Ecology Zone) which is located in Village Akeda Dungar Patwar Halka Akhepura Tehsil Amer District Jaipur, illegal factory and godown have been built on Khatedari agricultural land, whose complaints have been made repeatedly by us. Despite being barred, no action was taken, due to which the factory and godown were started overnight after getting the opportunity, due to which the people living there are facing huge problems, there is a gathering of vehicles day and night. It is there and big vehicles keep coming and going there, due to which the people living there are facing a lot of inconvenience because the factory / godown has been built in the Dhani / Colony itself, so that the small road of Dhani / Colony can be used for its business. People are feeling insecure after coming out of their houses because there is a lot of vehicles gathering here, due to the location of Hanuman ji's temple nearby, there is a need to offer prayers there. The coming people are also facing huge problems due to this factory and godown.
Therefore, you are requested to stop the business activities done without any order on the tenancy land in Village Akeda Dungar Tehsil Amer Vishwakarma Jaipur, Shiv Ji Wali Dhani, near the culvert of Delhi By Pass Road Khatio, located in village Akeda Dungar and illegally Legal action should be taken by demolishing or seizing the built factory and godown.

Roads were last constructed in 2017 near diwali after that no road is constructed, there is a lot of mess in the area due to roads

A builder making flat in residential colony Rani sati nagar ajmer road at plot no 204 and construction is illegal and violation the jda building laws and norms IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.

Sir I want to say that I am living in Ghati karolan jagatpura road Jaipur here is a problem of crossing NALA due which many children are not able to gor for school and Due this nala there are many people are forced to go through taking longer distance for their work, So sir I requested you to make a puliya over this NALA

I have a JDA patta Plot No. 74 in SEZ Kalwada Residential scheme .allotted to me in .2014. There is a temple near my plot, as such the propopsed road in front of my plot is not being developed since long, while all nearby plots have developed Roads .
I understand that this comes in " Land of mandir maafi " while compensation to Kashtkars has been approved and distributeed to most kashkars, some have not taken their compensation and do not allow any developemnt activity in the area . Their compensation amount is said to have been deposited in Court .
Even in my own plot, whcih has been declared free of any legal encumberances, kashtkar does not allow any construction of Bounday of my plot . he says thta he has not got any compensation and has a dispute with JDA

We are put to a heavy loss taht we can not undertake any activity of construction in my plot without a suitable approach road

As such, I request that Road in front of my plot may be buuilt as per plan, OR i amy be allotted another suitable developed plot
This situation has been pending since long .

No garbage collection since 4 days, no sweepers appointed...

Water is always clogged in our area and extremely muddy due to slope in roads and cattle which are living in two houses. We are extremely troubled and getting sick as the muddy road is inhabiting lot of mosquitos and insects. the area is extremely unhygienic now due to this and we are suffering from a long time. please take immediate action on this.

In shikargrah area mini market, where sewage construction is going on, the contractor and workers are making illegal money by damaging water pipe line digging big pits asking for money for repairs. If we are denying for the same, they are damaging the construction of sewage pit done by them, and creating lot many problems for the residents residing in the area.
Please help in stopping such illegal and manipulative activity in the area as this has never been done by JDA earlier.

Sir, the road light in front of my house has not been working for the last one month.

Mai call kar k bhi bol chuka hu fir bhi koi reply ni aaraha.

I want to draw your attention on road lights of kalwar, near kalwar thana, jaipur
Sir as lights of kalwar road under JDA are not working since last one month.

I have complaints online but no solution still. Please arrange to repair road lights near kalwar, kalwar road, jaipur

Dear sir,
I had tryed many time to complain for road and shivir line. But there are no response form our area parshad by the name of vishnu latha. Such a very bad movement that the mayur of jaipur mr. Ashok lahoti are also live near us. But no one gave response to us. There are also shortage for door to door supply chain. I want to say in short of that we are live in independent country. Our prime minister gave his 100/ approach for india. But the junior officer didn’t get action against for deployment. I want to ask where is our budget for colony. The parshad not spent the money for light, for road, for shivir and many things. So that where is the budget amount. We don’t have road light also. We don’t have shivir and road also. Last time we visited the office of parshad mr. Vishnu latha. He say i don’t have budget for shivir. I have only road budget. I want to ask them where is our road. Please this is requested to u please look into it. And do needful for us.

अवैध निर्माण की शिकायत हेतु
मान्यवर जी,
निवेदन करता हूँ कि JDA द्वारा चलाये जा रहे अमानीशाह नाले के निर्माण बड़ी ही गति से हो रहा है परँतु उसी के बीच कुछ लोगो ने फिर से जमीन बेचने का काम फिर से शुरू किया है जो कि फर्जीवाड़े से किया जा रहा है...यह मामला 151 सेक्टर मानसरोवर शिप्रा पथ का है जिसके पीछे गोपाल नगर कॉलोनी बसी हुई है... मोहदय जी ये जमीन पहले मीणा ने काटी थी परँतु जब नाले में जमीन आ गयी तो वही जमीन किसी अन्य के द्वारा कटवायी जा रही है जो कि अवैध है... जमीनों के पट्टे उस व्यक्ति के नाम से दिए जा रहे है जिनका स्वर्गवास हो चुका है... मोहदय जी निवेदन है की जमीनधारक का मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र की माँग करे व जमीन कब ट्रांसफर हुई उसकी मांग सत्यता से कर...आप इस अवैध कार्य को जल्द से जल्द रुकवाए...जिससे गरीब लोगो के साथ फर्जीवाड़ा होने से बचे..ओर अपराधियों को सजा..दिलवाई जाए...
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि तुरंत जल्द से जल्द निर्माण कार्य रुकवाए जाए...

I am a student of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jagatpura, Jaipur, i have been living from past two years near university. But from two or three months i am seeing lots of cows sitting near universitiy and on main highway which connects many university and temple(Akshay Patra).
I request please solve my issue as soon as possible.

Sub ; pathetic condition of fatal road

I want to complain about the pathetic condition of main road and crossing near Dher ka Balaji temple.The road is not straight ,it is in semi-circle form so, people are not able 2 judge whether a vehicle is coming or not.And thus,they cross the roads on estimations,which many a times proves to be fatal.

Each day about 5-10 less destructive accidents...

this is to state that since yesterday water has been flowing regularly at central spine during the installation of pipelines under bisalpur water project near shree nath tower and shiv shakti paradise , central spine, vidhyadhar nagar,

no one has even bother to see that lakhs of litres of water has been wasted due to the fault of the operator of the JCB machine who damaged the water line under beneath...

please forward this complaint to the concerned department so that lakhs of litres of water can be saved

Dear Sir,
We are very bad experience from JDA service about road development. One year before they have left big hole in center of road after civer line work but they are not repairing that on yet. By that everyone gets too much problem in driving and passing and accident happenings by that every day.
So we want to request you please order to repair our road.
