NON-RECEIPT OF SURRENDERED VALUE

Dear Sir,

I had surrendered Jeevan Suraksha Policy No.[protected] with LICI, Maligaon Branch, Guwahati (Assam), but the amount of surrendered value is yet to be received by me. I also made personal visit as well as telephone calls to the BM but they only assured me that the matter would be looked into.

Pension thru ECS

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been getting Pension thru your Policy No:[protected] Jeevan Suraksha) by way of monthly cheques upto Aprir 2009. Further pension has not been recieved so far.
I had applied to avail ECS facility a few months back, but nothing has been heard from your side till date. All formalities as desired by your office to avail ECS facility were completed. Kindly arrange to disburse my Pension thru ECS into my Savings...
