I was searching for a part time home based jobs in quikr application, then i got a call from Jexmon solution, they told me home based work of captcha entry by android phone, pc.in which they will provide 10000 captcha entry and i have to complete within 10 days with 90%accuracy. I was searching for a part time home based jobs in quikr application, then on 17 sep 19 i got a call from jexmon solution, they told me home based work of captcha entry by android phone, pc.in which they will provide 10000 captcha entry and i have to complete within 10 days with 90%accuracy. They ask for my id proof and mobile no. I got a work agreement on my mail id. I got a user id and password which was never accessed by me. Going by their agreement i immediately contact them on their helpline no & request them to cancel my registration. I realized that this company is a fraud and they will not give us any payment they will only receive payment as penalty from us. I talked to company and send them email for cancellation of agreement. But
Their mail id help. [protected]@gmail.com is non existent so the sent mail was bounced. They are forcing me either to do work or pay the penalty amount of 5000/-. Now they are threatening me as that they have filed a case against me for a settlement to the company of rs 5000 under section 73-74-75 of the the indian arbitration & conciliation act, 1996 for contract breach, whereas i had refused to accept their agreement.

Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,

Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,

Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

Jexmon solution is a fraud company who are only charge rupees from job aspirants. They are bothering me and mentally torturing me.

I request you to kindly take the legal action against this unregistered and fraud company.

I received a call from a company that you r selected for the data entry job and u have to give our id prove do i mailed them my id proof. They sent me a contract. According to that contract i have to 5000 penalty if i don't complete my work. Then i started my work and completed it. Then
I received a call from the no.[protected] that i am the advocate and u have to pay 27 k i did that. After 1 day they gave me noc on my mail id. I have been searching for job on quirk and get a call from it. I got a call from company on 17th september around at 2.04 pm [protected]. And being informed that you will be getting your work from the same day but as on the work portal it was showing that the work will be starting after 6pm i have spoken to the person and informed them and they said that your work will be started on 18th and will get over on 28. I have work as per the session wise but on 5th session i have completed more then 1000capatch but the report is not generated properly. I have spoken to them also about it but the said wait for the evening you will get proper report but as of now it is not shown properly. I have been told that complete the 10k captach and get 25000 and if you have completed less then 9000 capatch you will be getting 22500 amount after the penalty deduction but as of now the company is saying coordinate with legal team and pay the penalty. I have completed my captach more than 10k but now they are denying

My problem is also same with like others please help me sir..
Firstly i have applied from google they contact me and within 15 minutes they prepare this agreement and mail me my name was wrong in the agreement so i told them that name was wrong they say it doesn't matter that time i get a doubt and i text them i will not going to do this job they started calling me i not received their calls after 10 days they have messaged me that they will take legal actions against me...
And please take some strict action against them..
I belongs from middle class family i don't have even 1000 to pay..
Sir please kindly pay attention towards this..

They are fraud they take money from people nd harssh them so tht they take more amount from thm evn when work is conpleted pls take strict action against thm many of people are getting in their game nd many get depressed due to thm i hd completed my work then also they r saying to pay money nd they use our id proof to torture us such companies should be banned nd strict action should be taken against thm

I was need of home based job so i started searching for a part time home based jobs in quikr app, i applied on few on quikr then i got a call from jexmon solution, they told me that it is a home based work of captcha entry can be done on android phone, desktop in which they will provide me 10000 captchas in 10 days and i have to re enter and submit them with in 10 days with 90% accuracy. They asked me for my id proof and two mobile no. On whatsapp. After 15 minutes i got a work agreement and acceptance on my mail id. I got my user id and password on my mail which got me login after 1 day. When i started to enter the captcha there was no display of our entry that how much captcha i had entered and jexmon executive on phone said i will receive a report after two days about the status of entered captcha. When i received the report i observed that many captchas which i typed correctly were also shown wrong by changing there characters which means that you can never achieve 90% accuracy, then i realized that this company is a fraud and they will not give us any payment else they only want payment as penalty from us. I talked to the executive in the company and send them e-mail for cancellation of agreement. They said me to pay rs 5000 as penalty for not completing the work and rs 4000 for cancellation of agreement.
On paying this rs 9000 they sent me a noc but on next day i again received a call from them that your working is pending and your agreement is not canceled. When i said that i had canceled my agreement by paying rs 9000 she said no it is not canceled and you have to pay rs 25500 for cancellation. Now they are threatening me that they had filed a case against me under section 74 and 75 of the indian panel code, or do the settlement to the company by paying rs 25500. I have also not sign in agreement physically, it is digitally signed.
Please help.

Sir, I was looking Jobs at quikr.com so I uploaded my resume on quikr. After that I received a call from Jexmon solution for captcha filling work. They asked me for my email address, 2 contact number and 1 I'd proof. So I send them but after that they send me a mail with a link to sign in for website. But when I click on the link they send me a agreement and a acceptance letter. So I asked him about the company and company's website but they refuse and told me that I will get it next day.
When there executive didn't answer my question .it makes me doubt so I checked on Google about the company and I saw a lot of complains against Jexmon solution. So I told them not to work with them but they disconnected the call. After some time they called me and warned me for a court case but I told them about the error of agreement so they disconnected the call. After some time I got a mail of legel notice for paying 8000 rs. But I refuse so they warned me for court case. Now they send me another mail for pay of 38, 950 rs. And telling me a court case against me in Delhi high court. I'm attaching some pic which shows the fraud of Jexmon solution

I have submitted a resume on quikr.com for data entry job. I received call from one lady. She told me to submit email id to given whatsapp number. I got an email to fill the details & to submit agree. I did it. Then i received id & password. There was the agreement pdf copy in those emails. I read that agreement & found that -
This company jexmon solution will provide the data entry work for 10 days. One need to complete 10000 captcha with 9000 acurate captcha. If one cant complete 9000 captcha then this company will not give any amount to that worker. And one need to pay rs. 5000 as a penalty.
So, i asked about it to their care number. They told me, if one need to leave this job, that person needs to pay 5000 before leaving it.
I have to pay 30100/- rs penalty as his penalty but they had to warn or harrash me to send more money otherwise they can file case against me.

I feel this is getting wrong. I googled this company for its reviews. I get the website where it is clearly "fraud company"
Sir please help me to get rid of him. They harrashed me so that i cannot consentrate in my study.

Sir i have blindly searching home based job. By the time i got one call from jexson solutions.. They spoke nicely while they are sending agreement and when i start work on if any issues happens i use to call the help line number which they have mentioned in mail.. But they didn't pick the call and not answering my mails also.. I have done all the captua work and after 10days means now they are ruining me out bye telling me to pay them 8k.. I entered to agreement for part time work... When i did not do the work was asked to pay 5000 as penalty... Then the lawyers called up and asked for 9000... Now they are asking for 17500 for closing the contact for 11 months...
I have reserached from internet that this is their modus operandi and a lot of ppl have been cheated like this... Kindly look into the matter and shut down such cheat firms...

Sir iss month 10 sep ko mujhe online job ke liye call aai. Company ka name jexmon solution hai. Jisme mujhe 10000 capche type karne ke liye bola gya duration 10 days thi. Maine work ke liye haan di. Unhone bola ki agar main work complete nhi krta hu to mujhe 5000 penalty deni hogi. Aur work only 10 days ka hai. Maine work complete kiya lekin meri report me company ne wrong report show ki. Jiske anusar mujhe 5000 pay krna hai. Sir main pay krne ko ready ho gya to wo bolne lge ki aapko work 3 months continue krna hoga. Jabki call pe unhone bola ki mujhe only 10 days hi work krna hai. Agreement me date 7 june ki hai jabki maine apply 10 september ko kiya tha. Aur signature bhi mere nhi hain company ne computer se type krke signature kiya hai. Sir wo mujhse 14500 rs. Maang rhe hain.

I joined this company on 7 september. They call me for verification and told me nothing about 5000 penalty charge. But when they send me recording through email the voice of lady was totally changed and she asked for 5000 penalty changes which was actually not happend. Now i submitted my work 10000 captche they say me ur work is incompleted. Plz do not pay any money. If somehow they reach on ur home u call the police.

They gave me a work which even can't log in i called them and i emailed them but they don't respond and email address was also fake.
Now they are threatening me that i have not completed the work so now i have to pay 5000+3000 for noc legal i got call from adv. Sagar sharma (The fake advocate).
Please look into the matter they are playing with people's life and profession. He can't type spelling correctly. Please take action

I have a mail from one company we just inform you that pay the agreement amount to quit and close your file. Other wise you have to follow the below proceeds.

The company assures that you accept the binding agreement and hence they conduct the legal action under civil wrong and cause of statement.

1: the company will proceeds legal action and file a case against you.

2:they will send you a case id.

3:there after they have provide you the legal notice on your residence proof.


So do not force the company to conduct a legal action against you. This is for final time the company assures you.

If you ignore such things then company is eligible to take legal actions against you.

This company Jexmon Solution will provide the data entry work for 10 days. One need to complete 10000 CAPTCHA with 9000 Acurate CAPTCHA. If one cant complete 9000 CAPTCHA then this company will not give any amount to that worker. And One need to pay Rs. 5000 as a penalty.
So, I asked about it to their care number. They told me, If one need to leave this job, that person needs to pay 5000 before leaving it.
I feel this is getting wrong. I googled this company for its reviews. I get the website where it is clearly "Fraud Company"

First thing is, This whole plan & agreement is wrong. it is out of consumer laws.
Second thing is, There is fraud case on this given website by the user ankit9487. Check it out.

They have asked to ankit9487 for 5000 rupees to pay, otherwise they will file the case against him.

So, That is the whole issue. Ban to this company. Help needy consumer.

When i statrted the entry there was no display of our entry how much captcha entry i have done. I realized that this company is a fraud and they will not give us any payment they will only got payment as penalty from us. I talked to company and send them email for cancellation of agreement. They were forcing me to do work and pay panalty amount 5000/-. Now they are threatening me as that they have filed a case against me for a settlement to the company of rs 5000 under section 420 and 37 of the indian panel code, whereas i have not sign in agreement.

This fraud so called jexmon solution company which is a captcha providing service told me to complete 10k captcha in 10days and after 3-4 days i texted them on whatsapp that i dont want to continue with the work because i found it fake they didnt reply to the msg and blocked me from whatsapp and now threatning me by calling and emailing me. Please help me with this problem i know they are fake people but i want some action to be taken against them as soon as possible thank you.

Later on same day i sent an email stating this is beyond my scope and will not be able to do 10000 capcha in 10 days and asked to cancel the agreement they told to pay 5000/- for agreement cancellation which i paid on 3/9/2019 and they send noc letter to my mail id. Then today they call me and demanding more 10000/- otherwise they will take legal action against me. They are making me mentally harassment. Pls resolve my problem.

We got a call from the mentioned company saying they would pay us rs.10000 in 10 days if we completed the typying work given by them and if we are unable to do the same we would have to pay rs. 5000... We took the opportunity and they took our details and created contracts but didnt get any work from them... Contacted the people for work but no response... However after long time we got a call from advocate mana demanding money as we have not completed work... He is demanding to pay rs. 10000... On telling him we have not got any work he said if we donot pay now he will take it legally as they have our documents and the agreement...
