How have you resolved your problem??

Jexmon solution makes agreement on same serial no. of stamp paper to many people, which is totally illegal. You all can see of consumer complain attached agreement paper.

मुझे jexmon solution से कॉल आती है, उन्होंने मुझे android phone, pc. in द्वारा कैप्चर एंट्री का होम बेस्ड काम बताया, जिसे वे 10000 कैप्चा एंट्री प्रदान करेंगे और हमें करना होगा 10 दिनों और 90% सटीकता के साथ पूरा करें। उन्होंने मेरा आईडी प्रूफ और दो मोबाइल नं। और मुझे मेरी मेल आईडी पर काम का एग्रीमेंट मिल गया। मुझे एक यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड मिला, जो 2 दिनों तक नहीं खोला गया था और दो दिन बाद फिर से मुझे यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड मिला। जब मैंने प्रविष्टि दर्ज की तो हमारी प्रविष्टि का कोई प्रदर्शन नहीं था कि मैंने कितना कैप्चा प्रविष्टि किया है। मुझे एहसास हुआ कि यह कंपनी एक धोखाधड़ी है और वे हमें कोई भुगतान नहीं देंगे, उन्हें केवल हमें दंड के रूप में भुगतान मिलेगा। मैंने कंपनी से बात की और उन्हें समझौते को रद्द करने के लिए ईमेल भेजा। वे मुझे काम करने और पेनल्टी राशि 5000 / - देने के लिए मजबूर कर रहे थे। Jexmon सॉल्यूशन एक फ्रॉड कंपनी है जो हमसे केवल रुपए वसूलती है। वे मुझे परेशान कर रहे हैं और मुझे मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित कर रहे हैं। मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस अपंजीकृत और धोखाधड़ी वाली कंपनी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करें।

Fake company same mere sath asa kia h call aa rhi h bar bar or bol rhe h case krege

They were forcing me too to pay them 8000 as 5000 for failure of work and 3000 some type of penalty. Pls help me what should I do

I was searching for a part time home based jobs in quikr application, then I get a call from jexmon solution, they told me home based work of captcha entry by pc.in which they will provide 10000 captcha entry and we have to complete with 10days and 90%accuracy. They ask for my id proof thereafter, they send me fake agreement and acceptence letter on my mail id which was not opened. I got a user id and password. I talked to company for cancellation of fake agreement. They were forcing me to pay panalty amount 5000/-. Now they are threatening me as that they have filed a case against me for a settlement to the company of rs 5000 under section 420 of the indian panel code, whereas I have not sign in agreement. They are bothering me and mentally tortured me.
I request you to kindly take the legal action against this fraud company.

Mere pyar dosto Kuch HOTA hai 2se 4din apko call Karege Uske bad ye Kuch karte Nahi hia sab fek hai Kuch bhi nhai his u trust me Kuch pay mat Karna apko bole he cese Kar duga. Bolo Kar do ap ke kush note email pe message me send Karege sab fek rahata hai

This is a fake company and is not registered with the MCA i.e. Ministry of Corporate Affairs (http://www.mca.gov.in/). company takes an agreement before joining that we will have to work with 90% accuracy otherwise puts a penalty of 5000.

Also, when I informed them (which is on my email) that I will not be able to do the work of 10000 captcha in 10 days before they assigned the work, they still sent me the login details of the work. Anyways, I did not login as I had informed earlier, they are still threatening me to take legal action against me. It is interesting to note that a company, which is not registered with the Government is trying to play fraud with people interested in work.

Now they ask for 5000 penalty or scaring us that they will file a case.
Do not trust this company its fake just to put penalty.
