Hello, This is the first time I am using a forum like this, hoping I would get a logical answer and solution to my complaint. Firstly I see no surprise about Arrogant and Stubborn behaviour of customer care ppl, because this is India.
But today i am quite pissed off, because i learnt, that even if they understanad the problem, they refuse to admit and continue to keep telling same information again and again like a recorded...
