FIXED DEPOSIT - Neither interest nor the capital is paid back since 02.11.2013
FD LF No. 11104, amount deposited Rs. 100000, Date of deposit: 03.11.2012, Maturity date: 02.11.2013. Name od depositor: Sobhan Ghosh. I received the interests for one year only.
I received a cheque of HDFC bank from Jindal Cotex ( Cheque no. 004467 for Rs. 100000, Dt. 02/11/2013, signed by Sandeep Jindal ) but this cheque was returned to me by Citi Bank where I sent it for clearing, for insufficient fund. I took up this matter with Jindal Cotex . They replied ( letter dt.1.4.2014 Ref. BSS/JCL/FOR/2014/11104) they are facing liquidity crunch and requested me to contact after 2 years. When I contacted them during 2016, they advised me to wait for their call . But such call never came through.
I should be happy if the amount is refunded to me with reasonable interest.

First, I am thankful to you for your gesture to return my capital amount against my abovementioned Fixed Deposit with you. Till now, I received 13 cheques of varied amounts.

FIxed Deposit not paid post attainmemt of maturity
I am a 69 year old lady who lost her husband after a severe Alzeimar and Dimentia on 16th Nov 2014. My only source of income was FD interests and India Govt. pension. My husband had put his money on Jindal cotex for FD. Now there is no money and I have on hardship and relying of meager pension which also got halved after my Husband's death .
Since the attainment of maturity I have not received the amount. I have been literally begging for help and had written several mails to the board but there is no success

Till date, i am still to get the amount. I have been contacted by Anil Malhan and was notified that i will be paid. They paid for couple of months @25K and then they stopped totally

Non payment of Jindal Cotex FD amount
Hi Sir, I have 2 FD each for 1 Lakh invested in 2012 and maturity was on 2015 But so far I have not got my amount and not even getting FD interest, No news at all regarding these FD, Tried on Jindal cotex contact number but the phone is dead. Non received of fixed deposit interest & principal amount

I invested with jindal cotex in 2013 for 12 months options, its got mature in 2014, but till now i dont received my principal amount of my fixed deposit, kindly look in to the mature in urgent basis, due to old age i require my money back due to my personal needs, so look in the matter & resolve the same my fdr no is-11395.

In response to my this complains you started repaying me @ 4000 per month wef. 28.10.2023. The last cheque I received was dt. 09.04.2024 ( Cheque no. 005769). However, this cheque reached me late and my bank did not clear it. I had sent a letter to you but did not receive any response. Since then, no further cheque was also received by me. Till today, I received only Rs. 28000. I request you to please look into this matter and revive the issuing of the cheques as before. I was very happy when you started repaying but my joy was very short lived! Please note that this amount may not be much for you, but it is a lot for me.
