Jindal Cotex Limited Complaints & Reviews

I am a houswife and had invseted on a FIxed Deposit Scheme of Jindal cotex on[protected] for a period of of 12 Months with a commitment of 12% interest.
Since the attainment of maturity, I have not received the amount. Reaching to Mr. Malhan by my husband did not yeild any result. He was extremely cool saying that there is a little chnace to get this money back as the company has become sick.

FD Number 1061 of amount : 100000 with date of maturity : 5th Nov 2013

Will i get justice and today in the news i see Naveen Jindal joining the ruling party and i have no hope now.

I am a 75-year-old lady who lost her husband after a severe Alzheimer and Dementia on 16th Nov 2014. My only source of income was FD interests and India Govt. pension. My husband had put his money on Jindal Cotex for FD. Now there is no money and I have on hardship and relying of meagre pension which also got halved after my Husband's death.
Since the attainment of maturity, I have not received the amount. I have been literally begging...

Deposited amount of Rs.1 Lakhs on 13/05/2013 which matured on 12/05/2014 in the name of S.Vasantha & K.S. Suresh Kumar.. After the due date there is no response from the company regarding the payment. Please do the necesary from your end. regards S.Vasantha [protected]
