My father was purchased jindal vijaynagar steel shares in 1999. In founded this share in june 2023 i want to convert this share in dematerialisation form but registrar said it’s not possible he send me below reply:

I my father in law had jindal vijay nagar steel shares, who passed away in 2000.
The shares were kept as by his wife and
Last month i came to know.
When i wrote an email to karvy, i got this reply.
So please advice what can be done, so my mother in law get her money kept by her husband for her old age
