I have old share certificate jindal vijaynagar steel ltd but now new name is JSW Steel ltd I have not received new company name share certificate details are below old share certificate:-

I have some share of Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd (JSWSTEEL). Sir please give me detail how many quantity in my physical share folio no in the name of Sangar Pralhad Dagdoba

We are holding 800 shares of Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd under following portfolio ;
Nirbhai Singh : JVS0729615, [protected]-[protected] (200 Shares)
Ramesh Kumari: JVS0735514, [protected]-[protected] (300 Shares)
Santosh Kumari : JVS0335417, [protected]-[protected] (100 Shares)
Kanchan Bawa : JVS0729616, [protected]-[protected] (200 Shares)
Now, since the fomer name of the compay has changed to JSW Steel Ltd....

Cerificate nos: 6473818 (Distinctive nos [protected]-[protected]).
6473819 (Distinctive nos [protected]-[protected]).
& 6473820 (Distinctive nos [protected]-[protected]).

In 1st case : i paid rs 3/= on application and rs 2/= on allotment (Tot rs 5/=).

In 2nd case : i paid rs 5.50 on application and rs 4.50 on allotment
(Tot rs 10/=).

In 3rd case : i paid only rs 2/= on application and nil allotment (Tot rs 2/=).

My question is

1) now i would like to pay the balance amount? How, what & where i need to pay this amount.

2) it seems the company has been merged with "jsw steel ltd".

3) how i must dematerialise (Demat) these shares

Please let me know answers to all my above questions.

I am in possession of 4 shares of jindal vijaynagar steel limited in physical form since 2005, since then i have not received any dividend/bonus/right whatsoever has been declared by company
I also want to know the procedure to change the address & same i want to dematerialised in my demat account
Please guide me with detail procedure for address change & document required to add to my demat account...
