I am Abhishek Oswal from Mahabaleshwar, I am a retailer in my town my shop for mobile recharge. I receive Call from Your Company JIO CNS From Mobile no [protected], As he told me I am working as CNS in Jio and I have some offers for you, if you will take the balance from me, Firstly I was confused but he provided me his documents and ID card of JIO with Identity card number 67562249. India's no 1 bakwaas network is jio company & third class company & their employees (Customer care representatives) these people's put my calls on hold 1-1 hour. Bluddy hell these peoples who are putting my calls on hold at least 1 query they didn't solved.
1 have complained about the network connectivity problem to jio, but they are unable to resolve the problem. I am not getting network in my house, previously it used to come. Jio customer people telling to wait for 3 to 4 months they are working on it. How can i be without network for 3 to 4 months. Although poor connectivity is there in my area, but i was able to get two to 3 points from which i was able to make calls and adjust. But now from past three days there is no network at all and jio is telling that they are working on network isuues kindly wait for 3-4 months for network connectivity & so last call to customer care for porting my number to another network do i have asked them for refund of my balance amount from my 399/- recharge coz still 1 month period is left for recharge over. Need help. & take strict action.

M n apna no par jio k recharge karaya tha aur recharge succesful b ho gaya tha aur mera no k validty b 9 nov k ho gay h lakin jab m call karta hu to computer bolta h aap k no par paryat balance nahi h karpiya recharge karay and m net b nahi chala pa raha hu incoming b bad h aur jo k m recharge kara chuka hu 399 k 84 days k liya 20 bar m coustmer care b call kar chka hu mere koi help nahi hue h aur jo m n complain ke h usks refrence no sewnd kar raha hu
