Bought one year Jio Saavn pro subscription and used it for 3 months, After 3 months When I logged in with my new device, I can't see my pro subscription, In my profile It is showing me as free user. Sent an email to their team but didn't get any response.

Hello,
I was paid rs 349 for jiosaavn pro subscription on 26/08/2020. But i can't get subscription yet. I tried hard to contact jio and jiosaavn for this problem but i didn't get any response from them. I need my money back or give jiosaavn subscription.

I was paid rs 299 for jiosaavn subscription at 28sep2019. But i can't get subscription yet. I tried too much time to contact jio and jiosaavn for this problem but i didn't get any response from them. I need my money back or give jiosaavn subscription.
