I have to visit to doctor but there is no frequent bus service between these to station .no bus I have waited till 7 am

Booked a ticket with jabbar travels in secunderabad. I was waiting at the pick up spot and tried to contact the driver. His number was busy and he didn't call again. Usually any pick up van would make a call from the previous stop alerting the passenger to be ready. But this travels do not do it seems. And the staff are reckless and rude. I had to go to the next stop and board the van. It cost me rs 100 more. Hopeless travels.
