I have already registered to apply Original Degree. I forgot my password. Not able to retrieve password by clicking on forgot password.
Please help

When I tried to login it shows that my Hall ticket is already registered with wrong mail ID . So kindly look into this issue and help me with re-registering or recovering the existing account.

I have appalied for the OD through Online Portal on 5-Dec-2022, payment also got success.

But still today My OD status is showing OD has not printed yet even after 25 Days. I need OD on urgent basis for Visa process.

Can you please resolve the issue or let me know the alternate way to get OD as early as possible

Hi this is sudheer i was trying to login and apply for my certificates(migration and OD) online. But its showing as failed login and wrong inputs.

I got registered for applying OD and I am not able to login into the login page, it's showing invalid credentials even though I am providing correct credentials, even I have tried to reset password still it's showing as invalid email ID, I tried to registered with another email ID it is showing already this hall ticket number registered. can you please look into this.

I had done my MCA in JNTUK from 2008 to 2011, Now I am planning to apply for OD and my Transcripts. I was unable to do so, it's saying your email id is already registered but when I try to click on forgott password it's saying unable to get the data on you email id. could some one helped me on that, thanks in advance.

JNTU Kakinada adopted online application system for applying for obtaining certificates but the site is not maintained well, even after the payment is done and two weeks later also the payment status still shows pending. I have applied for Original Degree Certificate and card payment was made online, SBI side payment was done. Still application payment shows pending in their site. We are unable to proceed further with our application. Thousands of students lives and careers are at stake because they are not giving Degree certificate on time.

This is Kedarnadh I have completed my MCA at jntuk in 2013 My Hall ticket number is 10471F0001.
I have applied for my original degree on 18th APRIL 2022 and my OD printed on last month 28th APRIL 2022 but still it is not dispatched and status also not changed any thing I have tried to reach out to respective departments through phone but no one responding so could you please take this priority and send my OD as soon as possible.
