I had Joister Internet connection for past 2 years but I hardly used it for official purposes. It was only in Mar-2020 when we had to work from home due to pandemic, that I realised the connection is really slow.

I raised a complaint on 27/Mar/2020 that I was receiving 1 Mbps against my plan of 20 Mbps. It's been close to 4 months today and it has still not been attended.

I can understand the challenges due to lockdown but nothing justifies 4 month delay for repeated complaints go the company.

They take your money in advance and do not provide services. I have applied for wifi from joister even i paid the full yearly amount in advance. The operator told me it will take 10 days to get connection. I waited for 10 days and when i called on 11th day, the operator says he is doing my work and will be completed today but everyday i used to call them but they didnot installed my connection even after a month. When i told them to initiate a refund they told me to wait for 45 days. They are fraudsters. Moral :never ever buy any services/products without checking reviews.
