It not just once, but almost for the 4th time now that i am really disappointed with the service of jugnoo app providers.
They are hardly on time. Also, they have very bad behavior.

In the first incident, jugnoo driver misbehaved with me and when i tried raising the issue, i did not receive any response at all. And to my surprise, the driver asked me to go ahead with the complaint as he is not afraid of anybody.

In the second one, i booked a ride and then driver agreed to come to pick me up but he did not come and cancelled. I accepted it and tried re booking another ride, the same driver accepted it and cancelled again. And this happened for almost 7 times. I mean heights.
When i raised complaint, they promised me that such things won't happen ever again.

But again in another incident, i ordered vegetables online and gave time slot of my choice as i am available only during that time to receive the order. The delivery came 2 hours late and when i could not pick up the calls because of other alignments, the company contact persons blamed it on me. I got my delivery finally 24 hours later.

People uninstall this app. Let us not promote such things which can not guarantee their service.

Two lady passengers boarded Jugoo Auto number KA-09 B-7060 at Mysuru City Karnataka on 15th January 2016 at 6.55pm and ended their Journey at 7.20pm .While he charged over and above the Tariff and MORE OVER he used abusive language with these two lady passengers and threatened them and MISBEHAVED .This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE .The Concerned driver has to be punished, penalised and should be BLACK LISTED FROM JUGNOO AUTO services immediately.

I have to file a complaint driver manak chand mob no is [protected]. He has to give my money back but now his no is coming switch off. And he is not giving my money. I[censored] have his alternate no than give me. Otherwise i will complain in police. I have give him 15 k rupees. Now his no is switch off. He was using jugnoo for booking. Please let him know k contact me on [protected]. Otherwise i will complain in police

My wife booked a ride on 26th july at 1:26 pm. Id is 82884676. Ride was booked using paytm with offer "50% cash back". After 3 mins of boarding the ride, driver asked the mode of payment. My wife said "paytm". Driver then said as it is his first ride, she needs to pay by cash. My wife said that it is already being booked using "paytm". Driver asked her to deboard the auto there and then in middle of the road. It is really annoyed and unacceptable. Not sure if jugnoo's drivers have been given the training on how to behave with females. How can someone asked a lady to deboard the auto in middle of the road.

Jugnoo is really a bull service for auto. Whoever read this complaint, please request is don't go ride with this jugnoo auto. Today i have to go my office & i clicked on jugnoo, i called the autowala and he said that he will come within 5 min.. As he was in my location sect-47 but after 10 min i called him.. Again he said just coming.. Please wait for 10 secoonds... Again after some time i called him., but again he said the same thing... After some time he came.. As today mrng was like some barish kind of weather. Very little baarish... Today also were not jam... Smoothly he drive and after some time we reached our office in sector 18... My husband asking about money.. He said 430/- rs.. Me n my husband was shocked.. What? So he said yes its 430/- and u hve to pay... My husband paid the amount.. He has only that 500/- rs.. I tell you from my home (Sect - 47) to my office (Sect-18) auto wala take only 100/- rs. And incase of baarish.. Its like 150/- no more than that.. I told to my husband that let's go by cab atleast we will be safe from baarish and also in ac... But he said might be jugnoo auto will take less amount.. Coz cab was charging 250/-.. So he said let's go with jugnoo... Dis is really rediciculose. See i can complain to cop also... Or in social somthng... As i know so many members there... I want my extra money at any cost...

Sir aaj humein ride book ki thi.aur ride bhi book ho gayi thi.auto wale ka call bhi aa gaya usse bhi baat ho gayi thi.usko smaj diya full address.aur auto rasoma square par tha usne bola tha mei 5 min mei aa raha hu.par hum log ko usko 7 min bat call kar par uska number busy tha.phir 10 min phir se call kar phir se auto wale se baat hui toh usne yeh reply kiya ki aapki ride cancel ho gayi.nhi humne ride cancel ki thi nhi humne aapki office par call kar tha.hum 15 min se aapke auto wale ka wait kar rahe the.hamari first ride thi isliye aap na log na cancel kar di.yeh auto wale ka number[protected].mene meri sister ke phone se ride book ki thi.nhi humko first ride avaliable hui nhi second auto avaliable hua.aaj humari bus thi character ki mandsour ki.4 baje ki.hamara toh loss ho jata na.ur service is poor

CLAIM NOT RECEIVED AGAINST THE PF NO. DL20200/01908
BY THE FIRST TIME THE EMPLOYER JUGNOO SECURITY & SERVICES PVT. LTD. FILLED MY PF FORM THAN I SUBMITTED THE SAME TO PF OFFICE AND THEY RETURNED MY FORM AND SAID THE PF MEMBER NAME IS DIFFRENT AS DILIP KUMAR.
AND BY THE SECOND TIME I WENT TO THE EMPOYER JUGNOO SECURITY WITH THIS COMPLAINT THAN AGAIN FILLED MY FORM WITH THE SAME PFNO. WHICH I DEPOSITED IN PF OFFICE DWARKA SEC-23 ON 24-FEB-11 THE AND STILL THERE IS NO PROCESS HAS PROGRESSED FOR THE SAME.
