Jujhar Bus Service Complaints & Reviews

I usually travel in Jujhar AC bus from my university to ludhiana in starting all was good but from somedays they are charging uneven fare, I got in a bus firstly I asked about the price the conductor says 1.5 times the actual price but I was not having any other option so I get in but after when he started giving ticket I gave him money he didn't gave me change when I asked about it he says that it is the price which was 2 times the actual price and he says nothing can be done as he has cut the ticket digitally, bus no. I had to to go chandigarh from ludhiana on 10.09.2021. I reached bus stand at 5:15 and got ticket for jujhar bus no- PB13BJ3700 which was supposed to leave the station at 5:35. the conductor did not allot me any seat and the at 5:30 a lady arrives and claims that seat to be her's. At that time no other seat was spare in the bus. i was asked to leave the seat and get another bus. This is humiliation and my time was wasted due to poor management....
