I am shankha suvro chatterjee..from West Bangal...I applied for a pl of 150000...they charged 1250 for processing...6000 for gst processing..and they want 16650 for NSF...then I cancelled my loan...when I trying to refund my money they told me the money is refunded by 30 days...they are totally cheating company and all the staff are same...most important to take a action

I have applied for loan of 350000
I did'nt know about this earlier, and transferred 1250 for file processing fee and 14000 as gst and security deposit) below is the account details which i have deposit the amount

And they asked more for security deposit 16750. So i cancelled the loan and i claim for my money back they said they will transfer 7 to 30 days, so i wait til now 1 month days nothing happen, when i try to call [protected]/[protected] it switch off.
Please take some actions about all this fraud... Please do something because i need this money back.
I have a proof for the loan paper and google pay proof...

3. Call i got :- hr ph : [protected].

This _ peoples instead of doing this kind of work they can go and in on road for money...

Dear sir madam,

This just click company take 5250 rs with me for loan 100000 rs. I have all the proof about this transaction after 2 transaction they need more money 16500 rs for loan approval then i cancelled mail drop to their email id. On phone call their manager deepak confirm me that the refund process will take 1 month but today the manager not take my call also one month is completed.

Dear sir,

Some one call and told me we are providing loan pre approved. Intially they are provide the loan approved letter. Processing 1250, gst 4000, nsf 16750, and again nsf 8500 i transfeered but not yet released my loan amount.

I asked my money they are told me we will return after one month.

Please help me.

How to handle this case i dont know.
