Selling copy products in the the name of genuine, and their customercare is terrible they say we don't have return policy, scammed me for Rs3500 for fake asics shoes, our govt doesn't take action at all on these scammers, please stay away from from these scammers .

Sold me a super fake poor copy watch in dirty and cheap packaging. Customer care not acknowledging their own return policy. They lie and cheat. Website photos are fake and they are fooling people. They are scammers and deserve to be arrested.

Sold me a very poor copy of a watch. Packaging was terrible and customer care even worse. They lie about their own policies and the images on their website are fake. Do not do business with them as they are frauds and won't survive. Hope karma gets them!

Upon seen advirtisment on Google I have ordered Diesel Big Daddy DZ-7395 Black Bracelet Man's Watch from JUST TIMEZ. Same was delivered to me after few days. Having seen and open the Packet only I understand its a duplicate product. Immidieately I made a complaint but they refused to return or refund. May I request you to kindly help to to return the product. Also assit me me to get my money back ASAP.

Recently I have ordered a watch from JustTimez and I have got it after opening the watch was not original and I asked for refund as in their refund policy there was 7 days return policy and now they are saying we won't refund money

I purchased Casio Edifice watch from https://justtimez.com/ site and returned that watch on 08Nov2021 due to defect one. I paid Casio Edifice Watch Rs. 1595/-. Here enclosed justtimez site Casio Edifice watch purchased invoice as shown below.

The Casio Edifice watch returned through Delhivery courier to justtimez office and delivered on 16Nov2021. Here I enclosed Delhivery courier partner return pickup receipt tracking details for your reference.

On the same day (08Nov2021) returned one more product (Candes Ceiling fan) through Ecom express courier and tracking number [protected]. This ceiling fan product purchased from https://www.moglix.com/ Unfortunately, Ecom express courier partner wrongly delivered to Casio Edifice Watch seller’s address and updated to their site the same. They have delivered on 18Nov2021.

On 25Nov2021 connected with justtimez site customer care service for their returned pickup Casio Edifice Watch whether they have received or not from their end. They confirmed to me, received only Candes ceiling fan not Casio Edifice watch. So, they promised to me, share return pickup details for my Candes ceiling fan which they have wrongly received from their end.
After that, I shared return pickup delhivery courier (Casio Edifice watch) receipt even though now they are telling, they didn’t receive watch and asking courier delivery person contact details. I asked to raise complaint from your company site to delhivery courier partner for unreceived product. They are not ready to do anything and close my complaint.

Now Candes ceiling fan also their hand and not ready to return to me even I agreed to pay return courier changes also.
Also, Caso Edifice watch also they have received on 16Nov2021 through Delhivery courier partner, and they want to cheat with me.
So I need solution
• Return pickup contact details and address for My Candes ceiling fan. So I need to hand over to Moglix site seller.
• Refund amount that I have paid for the returned Casio Edifice watch
