I placed an order and pay online but I don’t get any item . When I try to contact I was unable to trace them...

I ordered 3 sandals from this site and did the payment via debit card. After that i got an order confirmation email and after few days shipping information email but after thats my order didnt come i even tried to mail them but still there was no response....

I have ordered few items from this website and when after few days when i mailed them about no delivery they said the transport office is shut due to corona cases found in their office.

Sir i have booked an order from jutepejute.com and paid Rs.499/- online on 27.7.2020 but till now, I neither received product nor refund.
Initially I received the tracking details on my number but after that nothing was tracked....

The order was placed on 21st july and till date the order is not delivered. The shipment did take place immediately but never reached. Raised complaints with the company, no assured date is given. You cannot contact them via phone only email options. Not sure what is the issue with logistics....

I have ordered a shoes on 24th july with jutepeta.com seeing their fancy advertisements on instagram. It's 17th august now and i haven't received my order yet. Respected sir, i ordered a pair of shoes from jutepejuta.com on 28.07.2020 and paid amount of rs 499.
After that on 1st august a message recieved which showing that your product is dispatched to courier (Expressgocourier) and provided tracking number.
While tracking on expressgocourier website it showing shipment in transit.
There is no contact number or address and while mailing to courier company there is no response...
