dear sir,
i have booked the refil on 24/02/2012 but the gas has not been delivered yet. when contacted it says the gas has been delivered for bookings made up to 27/02/2012 but we have not yet received the cylinder even though we had booked before 27th. This is being repeated since 2 months which is causing a great inconvinence to the customers like us. I kindly request you to take the required action immediately....

I am an old customer of Jyothi Gas.
I received a Jyothi Gas Cylinder from the above agency on 19th Jan 2008, 10.30PM upon my request to replace the exhausted cylinder.
We are a family of 4 which includes one infant.
