Geyser does not work

The Gas Geyser by Jyoti, does not start readily. The gas rubber tube has to be taken off & connect again on with the regulator partially open. Believed to be 'Air trapping' as quoted by the company persons.
The dealer in Nigdi Pradhikaran, sent the persons multiple times. The persons struggled. Nothing worked. Now this dealer does not respond.

I have bought a Jyoti Gas Geyser 6l, on Thursday 16th December 2010. Today its 20th December. There is no one from teh company who showed up for the installation of the same.
I had bought it from Rajkumar Enterprises, Pimpri. When I was buying it, I was told that the technician will come to my place within 48hours time and will install the equipment. I was given only the geyser machine and was told that the...
