We paid a hefty amount and hired 2 full time maid from them.
The maid in Mumbai worked only for 24 days and left in April 2023.
It's more than a month and they have not provided the replacement.
They charged us 20000 for Mumbai maid.
And 13000 for Bangalore maid.

After my money that is Rs 17700 was taken, nanny left the job within 7 days. It’s been weeks now, agency has not provided any replacement.

This is just a reference to the contract made on 22 sep 2022 and till now i didn't get any single maid.

1stly my case was handled by Pooja Gaikwad, who committed me to provide professional cook and home keeper. I clearly told her before the agreement that I want a cook who knows chinese and north side food.

but she provided less than average profiles who were not aware of chinese cooking and not even a average cook.

Later she handed over my case to Pooja Ydav.Whos described that they will provide a cook who know simple daal chawal roti, normal khana.

As i already registered and paid you amt so i have no option left for quitting. So I said OK.

She also wasted my time as 3-4 of her maids quited after giving confirmation that they will come and after 4-5 days they said that they want personal room or personal space/any other issues.

In last case she forgot to mention to the maid that the client cannot provide you room..THE MAIN THING.which she forgot.

Now the case has been shifted to Shabana qureshi She asked me to give 15 days.In that she will definitely provide a maid.

i ASK THEM THAT i want assurance that if she will not be able to find a maid for me then my case will not be handed over to anyone because i dont have time as i have to go for IVF treatment (that should be done in november already informed both pooja that i m married since 16 years and i dont have kid so this treatment is very necessary for me i f you guys can provide only after that i'll proceed for registry)and i will have to take bedrest after that and it already got delay because of your irresponsible staff.

Again and again they provide maid and said she will come.after 5-6 days they reply ki use alag se room chahiye.
What the ### maid ko seprate room..Wow...Every time they did this type or nonsense talk

I decided to get a maid for home from Kaamwalijobs. I stay in Delhi, and one maid started working to which she had issues with her health (around 45 yr old ) and has never done complete household work so she was not able to perform her services, so I requested agency to provide replacement, but no one actually joined. The maid they were suggesting lived far off and timing were not suiting to both parties.

Till one full week...

I Pranjul Dubey am highly disappointed with the service provided by KAAMWALIJOBS company so I demand the refund of Rs 16, 520 which I paid 1month ago. I got a maid who was fired by us based on Anjali's(employee at kaamwali jobs) suggestion as he was very rude and consuming alcohol at our place. He used to steal food items from the fridge and we were not feeling safe with him. He used to say no to every other work. He was fired within 5 days of his bad behavior when he started working at our place. Now we have been waiting for the replacement and other options but we did not get any replacement so far. It was Anjali's idea to consider 24 hours maid service which we never wanted as we wanted for 12 hours maid service. Now given that there is no replacement in last 25 days and no new options being given to us we would like to demand the refund of our money because we do not think that your company has fulfilled the promise to provide a maid.
I reached out to them through their customer care and phone number but they are refusing to return the money and not replying on the emails despite of several followups.

This is my last hope and really looking for a firm support to get my hard earned money back.

A girl named Anshu working for this company, promised to provide a maid to me, took full advance but I did not get any maid.

I havent got any refund and she has just dissapeared.

This is a fraud company, employees are all cheaters. Dont find any maid from here.
