I have booked a parcel form Bharuch to Vapi, due to some reasons the party has not picked-up the parcel from vapi. now the material is lying at Kabra's bapunagar godown and i am continuously chasings for the material, but the team is not responding properly since last 1.5 months.
most of the time they are not picking up the calls. Now i need the material back to Bharuch.

I had booked my two-wheeler from Indore(Raj mohalla, branch) to Ahmedabad(Satellite chouraha, branch), when I went to take delivery of my vehicle, I found that my side mirror was broken and when I asked your office person about it, he clearly refused to take any responsibility of it and also refused to provide me any complaint or enquiry number I tried calling your Indore, Raj mahalla branch many times but they did not pick my call, I want refund for my broken side mirror, this was my worst experience, even after paying 2k sum for the delivery of my two-wheeler your staff is not coordinating.
Kindly look into this matter

they are telling that material is delivered to Mr. Vishal. we dont know who is Mr. Vishal and how they have delivered without company stamp and proof. we are asking number of Mr. Vishal that also they are not providing. We need our consignment urgently. please do support and resolve our issue

We have booked the consignment L.R No: RAMT[protected]
plastic goods two packages from Ahmedabad to Indore for ShreeJiTent.
But one item is missing. when we ask for 2nd package they said that will be in 1st package. but we checked and verified item is missing.

Now they are denying to give the 2nd package.
they have cctv access they can check how many bags they given us.
Now they are misbehaving and cooperating.

I am going to complaint and tweet about the driver of kabra express logistics pvt.ltd . He left me there and didn't even listen to me on phone. I was waiting for the bus at the given boarding point. I was there 20 min early . It was 4 a.m and raining. And i was calling the number given ([protected]). First of all He was not talking properly and then he left me . He said ki hum age aagye h, aur kisi vehicle mai chle jau . He argued unreasonably . This is not the behaviour anyone expects from luxury buses and specially at this time . I want my refund. I am a student and i cannot afford.

We had send parcel from ahmedabad to ankleshwar and at the time of booking they never asked for any bill but after some days they said that the vehicle was caught by GST department and they seized our parcel. Now the people from kabra demanding 5000 rs. for release of the parcel. We had shared original bill and declaration of branch transfer but still they are demanding for the money. They are saying that you can do whatever you can, we will not release your parcel.

Don't send your logestics from indoor to xyz location side it's worst service ever not good service.Not proper talking they don't need business only waste of your time logestics.Every time delay to send and recive

L.R.No.Sag[protected] ka parcel me se 1 hi parcel recive huva he. Date :30/10/2020. Not responce any person.

First they told us to sit in bus and then at next pick up point they were asking to get out saying that its not your booked bus. Atleast they have to check passenger list fist, its their duty too and than should told us to come in bus. And also one of their bus staff was badly drunk. Its very dangerous to being drunk on duty, specially during travelling duty. Bus no gj 01 et 5090.
Need to take correct action.

The kabra service pvt lts surat so careless about the clients my good dispatched from vapi yesterday and it should b deliever by today but they saying it will b deliver in 2-3 days coz the materiel booked for surat by mistakenly they sent to ahmadabad and it’s not first time it’s happend
As in bussiness time and commitment is everything but they providing this kind of service which is unacceptable and the way they talk like they don’t care and not serious to their own work
