I raised a complaint regarding my chimney is not working on April 26th 2022. Service guy came couple days later and took some parts from the chimney from their onwards they are not responding to my calls.

Every time i call customer care they provide a new number they answer for one time later on they will never pick up the calls. I can't even go for outside service as they took some parts from the product....

I like kaff because it provides high-quality products with so many latest features that really helps a lot while cooking. I bought several electric appliances from kaff for my new modular kitchen and the whole thing including installation cost me very less than i expected. I am happy and fully satisfied with the products i am using from kaff and i will chose thisbrand in future too over another brand because it was built a trust level....

We have purchased the Glass hob on July Month. We were cooking some dishes on 24 September 2015, suddenly the glass hob blasted and all the glass particles around the kitchen. By God’s Grace nothing happened to my Family. We have raised the complaint on same day morning itself. There was no proper response from the people.
