The kalamkar TVS centre Hadapsar do not know how to interact with customers. I met with an accident and my vehicle was majorly damaged when I took my vehicle there most of the parts were not available so I went to the spare godown n got the parts. The 2nd time when I went to the service centre taking the parts they made me wait for half an hour just bcz they have lunch break from 1pm to 2pm. I'd booked my scooty pep+ on 19th june 2019 and got the delivery on 16th july 2019.
When i took the delivery, they'd the seat cover pending (As it was out of stock), and there was a dent in the front panel and an annoying sound in the front wheel. The sales executive said that it'll be corrected in the first service.
I had taken the vehicle for it's first free servicing on sunday (17.08.19).
They got the servicing done...
