We live at N. L.Complex Dahisar East. There are around 15-20 dogs in our area and they start barking at 2AM every night and wont stop for about an hour. They are a real nuisance. Some of the dogs are diseased and a serious threat to public health.
Please send a dog cather to resolve the issue.
