I want to draw your kind attention towards an unfair trade practice by m/s. Pavi overseas pvt.ltd., tin no.[protected]( regd. Office at- A1/268, Janak Puri, new delhi-110058). And branch office at-j-12/22, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027).

I had invested rs.13920/-on 15th January, 2008 by their invoice number 27392 dated 15th January 2008 as their distributor in a scheme named kanakdhara.the return...

THE SCHEME WAS INTRODUCED BY MR. JITENDER KUMAR, RESIDENT OF H.NO.-9838-B, NEW ROHTAK ROAD, SARAI ROHELLA, NEW DELHI-110005 AND PRESENTLY RESIDING...

I have been struggling to contact Kanakdhara company via email & physical addresses for the last six months.
I am unable to contact or even find any contact number of the company for cancellation of my franchisee of 9 units.

The company "Kanakdhara" run by "Pavi Overseas Private Limited" has not even replied to any of my emails.

I request to file a complaint against this company...

I HAD INVESTED RS.1, 94, 880 (13 PERSON) IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2008 AS THEIR FRANCHISEE IN A SCHEME NAMED KANAKDHARA. THE RETURN OF THE SAME IN TERMS OF BONUS WAS TO START FROM THE SECOND MONTH TO BE COMPLETED IN 1 YEAR, BUT I HAVE NOT...

I had invested Rs 13, 900 with Kanakadhara, Rajouri Garden, N. Delhi in Jan. 2008 for his Franchizee. But I got yet nothing from this Company. And right now there is nobody at the spot poing. I[censored] have any information for this company or his employees please help me. How can I get my money return or any type of complaint against his cheater Company?
