Hi kanker Roadways please inform/instruct your bus staffs keep good behaviour with travelers

I am name is bhadhant dhammanag. I was booked online kanker roadways bus ticket reference dear dhammanag ticket confirmed for hyderabad-nagpur, 23-may, time:10:30 pm seat no. Ub4 and pnr[protected] : 826221, pickup point bowenpally. But this bus cancelled and company give new booking booking pnr[protected] bus info - bus no:mh-40-at-0990. Bus is not stop in bus point driver and staf with me behaviour was not good they don't me cooperate proper that way i am economically and verbally disturbed by kanker roadway company and staf. I want my money.

I booked my ticket through mobikwik app seat ub13 on 8th feb. After 24hrs bus operator changed my seat to lb16 which is usually reserved for driver.
I requested the bus operator to provide me d seat i have booked. Instead of listening to me he started abusing me and threatened me to throw out of the bus and won't refund the money also. I have seen this man treating travelers very rudely.

Below mention details, i booked ticket kanker travels but the traveling agent, not receive phone call he received around 3.45 but not given the proper response i meet me 4 pm he told bus is already denatured he not given proper response he not respond the amount, he given mental and physical harassment with me & my family kindly take legal action and compensation of 4 lakh
