The Flat is Locked and presently renovation work going on. The gas Sigdi/Choolah is not connected, nor your engineer has connected the gas pipe line, still i am getting bill. i stay at C-1/3 kendriya vihar and would be shifting next month to the above said premises. please confirm why i am being charged bill when i have not utilised the same and the not even connected.
